Very unhappy….. $2100.00 to supposedly fix a tooth and then install a Crown!!!
Have had nothing but miserable pain for nearly 4 weeks… went back today only to be told that there is a crack in the original tooth that was there on the initial visit with Dr. Holdaway and that I now need a Root Canal via a different surgeon at a different office on a different day and obviously going to cost a lot more money, apparently that office didn’t have the Magnification Tool in order to perform that particular Root Canal!!!! so, what was the point in the first visit? I’ll tell you what the point was, it was to get $2100.00 out of me for an in-house crown and then get me the heck out of there. I have filed a complaint with the DOH. I really thought that I would be compensated for the inept work that Dr. Holdaway performed. I will never go back there and will never recommend that office. Upon leaving the office that day Dr. Gavin McNelis apologized… apologized for what? Dr. Holdaway should have been the one apologizing for her incompetence.

I was apprehensive at first being a new dentist for the family. The care and kindness they provided made the process go very smooth. My daughter did great and we are happy with everything.
