They did a great job with my 7 year old that had never been to the dentist before! Thanks for making it a good first visit, that’s SO important!
So we went back six months later and it was a totally different experience the second time. The hygienist was actually very short and not very friendly with my son. She lectured him on brushing his teeth she lectured me on him brushing his teeth better as well. Again, my son is autistic and it’s very hard to get him to brush his teeth correctly even if I’m helping him. And I don’t take him to the dentist for either of us to get a lecture . By the way, his teeth are rotting out of his head or anything and he didn’t even have any cavities. The dentist was OK but not nearly as friendly as the dentist we saw the last time. he seemed very matter-of-fact and I got done and left. They always ask when you’re coming back so I set an appointment for six months but I think we may cancel that since we didn’t really have a very good experience the Second time we were in.
