Christmas Eve morning I woke up and while removing my night guard my temporary crown came out. I call the office, they had and emergency number for me to call. It wasn’t more than a few minutes,!when I got a return call from my dentist, he arranged for me to meet him at his office in a hour. He reattached the crown, I was good to go. I so appreciated the prompt service and act of true kindness. Thank you so much!

I just visited pilchuck dental today for my usual cleaning and this is my second time meeting Jess, I hope I spelled her name correctly!! She's so awesome and so sweet, very gentle and does a great job when cleaning my teeth! She also gave me time to relax and gave me good advice! I also saw Dr. Rumple and he's a really nice and smart doctor.
I'm happy to have a dentist place that I'm not afraid to go to! 😁

Great hygienist, latest technology, with attention to making it as comfortable as possible. This is a good thing, as I am kind of a baby when it comes to a dentist chair. The dentist is good, efficient, has done a good job of several fillings for myself and my kids. They were willing to work with me when I lost my insurance and wanted to avoid x-rays and unnecessary charges.

An unexpected dental need popped up last evening. A tooth just crumbled. Called Pilchuck Dental this morning. Got an appointment with Dr. Rumple at 9:40a. Walked out with a temporary crown by 11:30a. They have been my dental preference for years because of this type of response and professionalism. Oh, and I should mention that with only two very minor twinges, this was pain free. Everyone is so nice! The hygienist and assistants are super sweet and personable. Dr. Rumple is great! He explained everything very clearly and simply, he also sings along to the music which is awesome and it puts you at ease. 10/10 would recommend
