I have been a patient for about 40 years with Dr Maynard. When Dr Rumple took over upon Dr Maynard’s retirement I was a little nervous. I have to say that I have been pleasantly surprised and am 100% confident in the care I am receiving. I will continue to be a patient of Pilchuck Dental and Dr Rumple.

Nobody likes going to the dentist so when it turns out to be a good experience that's a pleasant surprise.
New crown on a lower back molar. New scanner helped everything go perfect. Great fit with no adjustment needed.

Do not recommend we had two insurances and were constant told by Madeline front desk that our bill is covered “don’t worry, it’s covered” had to have three appointments to finish cleaning two do each i was in their chair for 15 min each they billed for trial of three hours for 1.5 hour is service we never saw a bill 6 months later we get a balance forwarded bill saying we owe ans it’s 6 months over sue and when we called they said said i will look into and call you back (Madeline) again and two weeks go by again e don’t hear from her finally we ask for an items bill and complained we were over billed she says it’s not their problem we call the dentist and he doesn’t call back
finally he only responds to our BBB complaint with only giving us the total amount again we continue to ask for an itemized bill we never received still no itemized bill despite us asking for over 9 months now 11 months later we got a notification from collections
they play with you they don’t care scour customers real shame
it’s highly unethical i would not recommend anyone to go here you will be treated like you are disposable dismissed and disrespected

I am happy to come here, they are great at what they do and come through when they say they will, I was sceptical at first when doc rumple took over. He and his team are doing a great job. Just got my temp crown. Very happy with his work and his team.
