I guess it’s been about 5 years since my last visit. I had an appointment, got a few hours off work to get my teeth cleaned. I show up and a new office manager greeted me. I’d been coming here for about 2 or 3 years by this time. Well, I tried to check in and the office manager tells me that they don’t have an appointment for me. How is that possible? You always get an appointment card when you leave. And we verified that the appointment date written on the card was indeed that day. I asked if I can be seen today since, well, I can only get a few hours off per year for office visits. She said they were fully booked and she couldn’t do anything for me. I left after a few minutes of arguing back and forth. I did get a call while I was heading back to work but I wasn’t in the mood to answer. She did try to explain in an email that she was going to see if I can be seen that day, but the damage was already done and I wasn’t able to go back to the dentist office. I thought Dr. Cook and the hygienists are good but will not deal with another hiccup with their appointment system or the office manager. I do miss the hygienists. They were professional and friendly. They were thorough with their work.

I must admit that I was very surprised about my experience yesterday. Went home crying. BEFORE yesterday this place was a lucky find & was the best dental experience I've ever had. It had been 10 years since I had seen a dentist so I was a little scared about what they were going to do with my teeth. I've had terrible experiences before at previous dentistry. This place made my teeth look new again & wasnt painful at all. BUT yesterday....wow. They had a temporary person fill in for my regular dentist. I had a moment where I thought to reschedule but regretfully did not. This woman glanced at my X-ray & said, today we are doing a DEEP cleaning UNDER your gums. I said, we did that the first time & I'm only here for a regular cleaning. She didnt say anything after that or explain what she was going to do. With out ANYTHING to numb my mouth, she proceeded to scrap every tooth, going under the gum line, & would go back over areas she already scraped. I didnt know what to do but after 1 hour of this treatment ( she was only half way done ) I stopped her. I didnt want her or anyone touching my gums & teeth again. I rescheduled to see if someone I've been with before could fix this but I dont think I will ever go back. I cried all day from the pain & couldn't eat anything. If anyone is reading this, it is my opinion to search for a dentist that knows the people who work in the office, doesnt find replacements, & cares about your experience or you may end up like me. The picture doesnt justify. Every tooth was bleeding & my gums were soo inflamed.

Dr. Cook is great! However if you need a repair on the faulty work performed by her dentistry you might want to look for another dentistry. I've been going to her dentistry since it was owned by Dr. Burns, your loyalty and you being a long standing patient does not mean anything to them. It's really unfortunate that they operate in this fashion.

Dr Cook is the absolute BEST! I have worked in dental for 15 years & she is the kindest, most sincere and rewarding Dr. have ever had the pleasure to work for. She cares for her staff @ genuinely wants to make us feel happy! She takes her time & truly cares about each of her patients, individually! Our patients see that & admire that about Dr. Cook, so loyalty remains here.

We have great assistants who work so well with Dr Cook & not to mention our Hygienists, they're amazing! Last but NOT least, the Front Desk is a great team & while we/they look like they are having fun, they are also hard at work. We work diligently for Dr. Cook to be sure her patients also get the best experience from us, because we are the ones to initially set the tone for our amazing Office. If I could give Dr. Cook, the assistants and the hygienists a 1,000,000 starts I would!!!! 😀 The font desk too, I suppose 😉

Dr Cook was wonderful with my dental treatment I had received at her dental office. I had a denture and partial and I am so much happier now with my teeth I smile more often and I can chew my food much better now.She is caring and understanding. I was very pleased with her great work she did for me. Her staff at the office are wonderful and friendly. and kind.

20+ years of great service.

I have been going to this office for over 20 years and I am always impressed by the level of professionalism and quality care that I receive. Employees may come and go over time, but the standard of care in this office continues to set the bar very high. I was just in for an appointment yesterday (cleaning + filling) and the staff continues to demonstrate high standards that set this clinic apart from many others. Thank you!

I was turned to Dr. Cook by none other than my wife! As most husband can can imagine what a decision making process this would turn out to be!

Dr. Cook and Her team of dental hygienist are all about patient “comfort” from the start! My favorite part about visiting The Cook family was finding out that Dr. Cook was NOT indeed a “heavy handed” dentist! Such a relief! Also the Cook family does wonders with children! As our 4yr old daughter just adores her! I must not forget to mention how easy going the Receptionist/Billing department is! Always getting me and my family back to Dr. Cook Within a timely fashion and answering all of our Bill pay/insurance questions! Dr. Cook And her team have such gentle souls

In the end looking back it was such a relief to be a part of such an easy decision making process my wife maid for our family!

I was traumatized during one of my childhood visits to the dentist. While I place a high priority on my dental health, routine dental visits, much less anything beyond that, have always been difficult for me. A few years ago, I was treated quite roughly during a dental procedure, and that was the last time I saw that dentist. I had known Dr. Cook for a long time but had never used her for my dental care before. After that rough procedure, I called Dr. Cook; and she assured me that she and her staff would take good care of me. Dr. Cook was true to her word, and I now rather enjoy seeing her a couple of times a year and getting superior and leading-edge dental care. I highly recommend Cook Family Dentistry!

I had many terrible experiences at the dentist before I found Cook Family Dentistry. The staff, entire staff, are just wonderful! Both Dr.'s are amazing, the hygienists are the best and the reception desk are super! They definitely know how to take care of their patients. I will never go to another dentist as long as Dr. Cook and her team are around!

Got referred by a friend and I'm glad I did! They have been excellent all around. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Amy has done a great job with my fillings (5 of them so far) and is very professional but makes me feel comfortable at the same time... unlike some dentists I've been to. One last thing i also liked was that they will go over the pictures of your dental work so you can get filled in (pun intended) on exactly whats going on. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but Cook Family Dentistry definitely makes it as good of an experience as it can be.
