This was my 1st trip to this office, everything about the place, when you fist walk in, is clean, the girls are friendly, and Dr Studerus was quick and blunt. I respect that, when I know exactly what's going to happen. And I also got the vibe, that they wanted to get my situation addressed as soon as possible, instead of giving me an appointment 2 months down the road. My 81 years old mother had a look like infection. Called the office, explained the problem, they didn't care. We had to wait over a week to see the dentist. I brought with me advertisement they are sending out all the time($75 for full mouth exam and x-Ray). Receptionist didn't except it because my mom had only one spot to be look at, so I paid over $100 for that. Not even Rx for infection. After the appointment we were sent to denture place because they don't do anything with dentures. After visit they text you survey about your visit. I told them about my disappointment. No one ever responded or called. After all that I wouldn't go to that office even it was the only office in town. They could have at least 4 new patients (my mom, me, my son and my husband), now they are not.

If you have an emergency with a broken tooth and this staff suggest a referral with existing X-rays to Port Orchard be aware that only certain dentist pull teeth in the first visit even with X-rays. Going on 4 weeks with a swollen face and very painful. Make sure they refer you to Dr Hinz at Harbor Oral in Gig Harbor, they don’t require two office visits to get the job done. Review for the Dentist in Port Orchard coming for not telling me that the appointment in a week was only a visit and not to pull my tooth.
