I am a working mother of 2 kids. Have been with Dr yeh for 2 years. We were never miss our appointments. My daughter been with them too. With everything is going on and with a very busy schedule, I made my appointment and forgot it. I called right away and said I am really sorry. The front desk said ok and they said they will call me back to reschedule. I waited for over 2 months, thought maybe they forgot, tried to call them and they said they don’t accept me anymore cause I missed my appointment. I did ask why they haven’t called me to let me know so I can spend my time for over 2 months looking for my new dentist. The staff said their manager told them not to call me. I don’t know that they don’t need their patients anymore or they treat their patients like that when they forgot their appointment for only 1 time ?????

I came here not knowing what to expect but after almost 2 years of coming I can say they treat their clients very well. The staff is nice and caring as soon as you walk in. Dr. Yeh is very knowledgeable and like the rest of the staff he is very friendly and easy to talk with. I highly recommend if you’re looking a new dentist or just moved to the area!
