It’s always a pleasure going to All Family Dental Care. They are an exceptional staff with exceptional customer service and care. I drive a long distance to continue my care with them and wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s always appreciated.

Have been going to this office and Dr Tracey for over 18 months and have been impressed with her caring nature, attention to details and thorough examination and care. I had been under the care of a dentist in another area for years and after visiting and establishing care at All Family Dental was amazed with the things missed by the other dentist. As a physician my dental care is important and I feel that this practice exemplifies the highest levels of care and current dental practice.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about both Dr. Tracys and their amazing staff! Donna, Sam and Jenny too!

I have extreme dental anxiety. Bad experiences in my past kept me from the dentist for about 10 years. Yes, you read that right. A few weeks back I awoke to extreme pain and swelling in my jaw. Panicked, I googled dentist and found a few, but Dr. Colleen Tracy's ratings told me to call her first. In pain, terribly worked up and fearful, I called and Donna answered. She was kind and patient and understanding. She got me in to see Dr. Tracy that day. The office is lovely, comfortable and welcoming. Every member of the staff was kind and gentle and very understanding of my anxiety and fears. Not once did I feel foolish, judged or stupid. Instead I felt cared for and respected from the moment I entered their care. Dr. Tracy was straightforward, kind and considerate of my needs (pretty urgent) and my budget and worries. No one told me that I HAD to have expensive or unnecessary treatments. They focused on my needs and my wants. I needed an extraction and they scheduled it fast and made sure I was well cared for and prepared for that appointment. Dr. Tracy and Samantha performed my procedure and when I did get incredibly worked up midway through, they stopped, changed tack to ensure that my comfort and anxiety were appeased before proceeding. When the procedure was complete, they took extra steps to ensure I was ok and we talked about making a plan to move forward and tackling my dental issues one at a time to better health.

Flash forward a few weeks and bang, same problem on the other side (2 weeks BEFORE my comprehensive plan making appointment to get on a healthy track) Dr Colleen Tracy was out of town, but Donna was able to get me in to see her dad, Dr Ron Tracy, right away. I was pretty nervous again, having just found a dentist I trusted after a decade, I was worried and getting all worked up about someone new but I was in pain and in urgent need of care. Dr. Ron was just as comforting, understanding and skilled as Dr. Colleen. He not only did everything he could to ensure my comfort, he and Jenny worked fast and were conscientious of my anxiety
before, during and after the procedure. Dr. Ron even gave me his cell number in case I needed anything this evening. And here is the cherry on top, he called me from his home to see how I was tonight!! It really speaks to the level of care they believe in and provide for their patients. I cannot tell you when I felt so genuinely cared for, so cared about and in safer hands with my dental needs than I have been with both of the Dr Tracys . I am honestly excited and looking forward to having a healthier smile with the help of this incredibly caring and knowledgeable group of men and women.

Great Dentist! Dr. Tracy is thoughtful and gentle, always makes sure you’re comfortable. Also the friendly office ladies are great with insurance and payments so you get the most out of your visits!

After 1.5 years of service, we have decided to go elsewhere for our dental needs. The staff and Dr Tracy are nice enough, but this does not make up for all the other issues we have had with billing, unprofessional nature of the office, and appointments not being on-time (or rescheduled at the last minute for "doctor"). We really aren't too sure who is running the office - is it Dr Tracy, her Dental Hygienists, accounting, or the front desk? There has been fairly high turn-around in the billing area. It also seems like Dr Tracy is super over-booked which causes a feel of chaos. One sends too much money on dental care to contend with everything that has transpired. Hopefully they can change things before they loose more clients.

Dr Tracy helps me feel calm when I'm normally really freaked out by the dentist. The staff is really professional and sweet!

Always a pleasure to visit Dr. Tracey and staff! So welcoming and kind! Makes going to the dentist not so bad!!!

I could not be more pleased with the care that Dr Tracy and her staff provided. The entire staff was a pleasure to be around and even though I was having my wisdom teeth pulled I felt no pain! It was amazing!
