I had multiple fillings done at this dental office last month. The dentist working on me (don't remember her name) had to repeatedly go back and adjust my bite and fix the filling multiple times. My mouth was stretched open for what felt like an eternity while they re-did the filling over and over, and my jaw was aching by the end of it.
A couple of days later, I started experiencing pretty bad pain when I bit down, and I couldn't chew at all on the left side of my mouth. I went back in and they took X-rays, told me there was nothing of concern, applied a laser to my tooth, and informed me it might be several weeks before I saw relief. I was skeptical as I had never had this level of pain after a filling before, but I accepted their diagnosis and went on my way.
This was 2 weeks ago, and I have had pain and discomfort in my tooth ever since. Last night I woke up with the most horrific tooth pain I have ever had and was up all night wailing in pain. I ended up going to an emergency dentist who told me that my symptoms are consistent with irreversible pulpitis and immediately got me in to see a specialist for what will likely be a root canal.
In addition to receiving substandard care at this clinic, my complaints of pain--which were a direct result of the fillings they gave me--were completely dismissed. I will not be returning to this clinic, and I urge you to look elsewhere if you are looking for a new dentist.

First, the office staff is super helpful and friendly. They take the time to explain billing nuances and procedures in detail, making the easy part of visiting a Dentist office easy instead of difficult.
Second, Dr. He is simply the best Dentist I have ever visited in my life. She is thorough, gentle, and keeps things simple. She has a genuine concern for her patients and it's clear all others in the office feel the same way about her. My entire family are patients now and we love this place.

My family and I have been coming here for 10 years, we’d drive all the way from Bellevue (about 40 min) bcs we love the service + dentist. That all changes today. Stephanie (or the blonde lady who was at the front desk) changed all of that in a manner of 5 min. She provided the worst customer experience of my life. I was a few mins late, she didn’t acknowledge me then proceeded to talk about me while I was sitting in the lobby. I will never come back here. This was the worst experience ever!!!

Dr. Lu is amazing. I have extreme dentist anxiety had never been awake for a shot before but Dr. Lu as well as her assistant made me so comfortable it was painless. The receptionist is lovely and super knowledgeable about insurance. 10/10 recommend

Staff are always helpful and friendly, gives you a call for options if any other schedule comes up-to check if it works better with my schedule. I love the dentist and the dental hygienist sense of humor; also-They make me feel comfortable and I can sense they care about their patients. Their clinic name suits them perfectly!!!
