This dentist is hardly ever open, the dentist is out of town more than he’s at work. The staff were rude to my sister and should learn not to have an attitude with patients trying to schedule an appointment. Go literally anywhere else.

My insurance changed and was required to see a new dentist. I was very happy with the service I received at the Tri-Cities location. My dentist and assistant were thorough and gentle. It was a very good experience! Their Covid procedures made me feel safe and I would recommend them.

This was my first time at Bright NOW! Dental off of Columbia Center Blvd. The staff were helpful & friendly. They gave me paperwork to fill out before my scheduled appointment date so all I had to do was show up for my appointment rather than sitting and filling out papers in the office. They took detailed X-rays actually showing the roots as well as my teeth. The dentist came in and did a thorough exam discussing my teeth health with me. They had an opening to do the cleaning so they asked me if I wanted to do it then. I agreed, signed the consent to treat and got my teeth cleaned and polished. I feel that they did a much better job with the cleaning than I had previously had at other offices. I feel confident knowing my teeth are clean and healthy. I will be going back in June for another cleaning. Great job Bright Now! Dental!!
Update: Had another cleaning December 22, 2020 and had another good experience. They followed all the COVID procedures to ensure no one would catch the virus. The Dentist did a very thorough exam of my teeth and made some recommendations. The Hygienist listened to me and asked pertinent questions. She did a very good job cleaning my teeth.The staff are friendly too! I’ll be going back, for sure!

Scheduling has been a disappointment. We contacted our dentist via phone and email and finally after 2 weeks we were contacted back and scheduled out for an appointment that would take place in 2 more weeks at 4pm. The week of the appointment we received an automated phone call to confirm the appointment. After confirming the appointment, we received a phone call the day before the appointment asking that we move the appointment to 1pm because they were not going to be in the office at 4pm. After explaining that wouldn't be possible because of work and I was only able to go in at 4pm, the office suggested I reschedule for another day that would be another 2 weeks out or in the month of May. I have to say they have been difficult to get a hold of and their scheduling and lack of respect for my time has left me discouraged. I will be looking for another dentist at this point.

The staff at Bright Now Dental are awesome. They make you feel at ease on your appt. Procedures are well planned and executed. Dr. Stockton is very thorough and very compassionate about your care and we'll being. Very gentle and explains his motives on his procedures and wellness plans for your upcoming visits. The girls at front desk explain very precise on what billing and payments will be for your daily visit cost or analysis on in take and departure of visit. I enjoy them, they are like family. No worries they make you feel safe and we'll taken care of, great support team. I'm glad to have found such a caring group of professionals.

I had a previous very bad experience at another dentist 5years ago. So, was very afraid to go and kept putting it off. Went to bright dental and they're staff and doctor and hygienist were all amazing and kind. I got through it with their help and support. I am having my family all go to them. Dr. Malhan and his staff were great. They were very personable and made me feel at ease. Even though I was only scheduled for a cleaning, Dr. Malhan was able to do a filling in the same appointment. I will definitely be coming back!
