Dr. James Ellis is absolutely amazing. Been seeing him for a few years now and I have zero complaints and always am amazed at how personal my Dental Experience is. Amazing Team!

My husband went to an appointment today because he had a broken tooth. They took X-rays and told him that not only did he have a broken tooth but also had a cavity in the tooth in front of it that would reach the roots very quickly if not treated.
Instead of treating him however, they told him that he needed to have a letter from his primary care doctor to use a local anesthetic that they had used on him in that office before.
This is ridiculous and poor treatment! They used the fact that my husband is in a wheelchair as an excuse!

Im so happy with my results. Dr.Ellis and his assistant Ena or Ina are amazing. I went in to have crowns applied and as they are in the front of my mouth I was incredibly anxious and nervous. They both took the time to answer all of my questions and go over the full procedure with me before even starting. They did such a good job! I love my smile!

I recently was in the need of a new dentist as my dentist was retiring. A family member had heard Sunrise Kennewick was taking new patients.
My experience proved to be one of the best dental experience in my 60 years. I was promptly greeted upon my arrival. My appointment for X-rays and my problem areas were determined.
Dr. Ellis is very professional and put my fears of going to a new dentist at ease. He explained all my problem spots in depth.
I will be recommended to all my friends and family.

WOW!! Went in on a recomendation from a friend and I had the best experience there! Manny, the Dental Hygienist, was the best! Very gentle, professional, and did a GREAT job cleaning my teeth! I waited only a few minutes before I was seen for my appointment. Also the Dr (Zhang), was awesome. Professional and did what I thought was a very good exam. Manny made me feel comfortable and explained everything, and was quick too! I'm done looking for a Dental Office!!!

They have easily scheduling for Saturdays, they were very affordable, and I have enjoyed the staff during both of my visits there. First visit was terrific. Second nothing behind. Bigger procedure this time - an extraction. Both times staff were professional and attentive. So careful, gentle, and, when I could feel something other than pressure, stopped the procedure to further deaden the area before proceeding. Highly recommended! What to like: They diagnose, prescribe a course, then get the costs attendant to obtaining permission to proceed - costs AFTER insurance payments. One could not ask for a better dental experience!
