This was my first appointment and it was excellent! From the moment you walk in there is a calming atmosphere and the staff is so friendly and polite. First time I have ever had such a relaxing experience at the dentist office. 😁

Dr. Lopez-Ibarra knows what he's doing and cares about your comfort. He's got a great staff and a modern facility. Tri-City Dental Care approaches dental hygiene progressively with a true focus on customer relaxation. They offer massage chairs, aromatherapy, a paraffin wax hand dip, and music or video of your choosing while you get work done. (All complimentary) They go out of their way to make a trip to the Dentist a stress-free experience.

Amazing! I am terrified of the dentist and this visit was one of the best. I called asking if they were taking new patients and they said yes. I told them I was having a horrible toothache that had been keeping me up from the night before, they were able to get me in the same day! Turns out I had to get a root canal done, went ahead and did that. I don't have insurance and I was worried about that but they had payment plans available. Sandra and Maria were amazing, super friendly and big smiles at all times. They made me feel comfortable, they played pandora with my channel choosing and I had a mini spa! Haha. I will definitely be recommending friends and family here. Keep in mind I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years due to SUPER NAD EXPERIENCES, they changed that! I will be going back. :)
Side note, I bit the Dr. Lol!!! It was an accident but we were able to laugh it off! Hahaha

If I could give more stars I would! Dr. Lopez and his staff are caring. They all make you feel so comfortable, and are not judgemental! They came in on a Saturday to help me with a broken crown .AND ACTUALLY THANKED ME FOR LETTING THEM HELP ME! I am so grateful for their help. I wpwou recommend them to anyone, but especially people who fear the dentist, as much as I do!

Very friendly and personable staff. I was also surprised by the awesome tour of their facilities that I received, not to mention the free hand wax while they worked on my teeth! They also had Netflix and Hulu options! I would highly recommend Tri City Dental Care.
