I absolutely love the ladies at Creekside Dental. I called multiple dentist offices trying to get in for a deep cleaning and Creekside got me in the next day! I was very emotional with my first visit and all of the staff was very friendly. With having state insurance it was very hard finding a dentist. Even though Creekside Dental does not accept state insurance they helped me figure out a way for the payment with their loyalty program. When I realized how much each visit was I was very overwhelmed with emotions. Ruby was very friendly explaining the payment process and Ariana was very helpful as well when it came to trying to figure out how to make the payments. Everyone is so nice I absolutely love the place and will tell all my friends about the wonderful experience i had there.

I have been seen by this clinic 3 years ago and had a pleasant experience even with a deep cleaning, which was uncomfortable as any treatment can be. The staff back then were very accommodating through the cleaning, and this was the main reason I chose to return for a second opinion on some new treatments. Eddie is professional and personable. It’s apparent he loves what he does, which says a lot about the business itself. I forgot the doctors name (sorry!). She took the time to review my recommended treatments without being pushy to get them done today. I felt she truly cared that I understood what was needed and answered my questions fully. I won’t be going anywhere else as long as the quality stays as great as it is. Good job!

I have been a patient for over 15 years, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bennett and my Hygienist Barb! Max wait time from the moment I arrive to sitting in a chair is always 5 minutes or less. Barb goes out of her way to ensure that I am comfortable at all times and explains each step along the way. Everyone is always friendly and smiling. Dr. Bennett is very thorough and takes the time to explain anything and everything. And in this day and age he's not afraid to shake hands! :)
Anything that isn't covered under insurance is fully explained ahead of time. I have other family members who have switched to Creekside Dental and have been glad they did. I can't recommend them enough. A big thank you to the entire staff for always making my trips to the dentist non-stressful!

I had my first appointment today. And it was a good experience. The lady’s in the front were real nice! Dr Bennett and Julie were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Jasmine did a great job with my cleaning. Very happy with my visit today.

I just had a cleaning yesterday. Jasmine was my hygienist and was great. She answered my questions and was very informative. I appreciated that. Looking forward to my next appointment 😁

After recently moving to the Tri-Cities area I was recommended by my family to come to Creekside Dental. I can’t say enough about what an amazing practice this is! My first appointment was fantastic! Eddie made me feel so welcome and comfortable (they even offered a comfort menu) Then I got to meet with Dr. Kalsi. She was so friendly and informative! The whole visit was pretty much perfect! Today I came back for my cleaning, Barb was my hygienist. She was so kind and gentle! I can’t say enough about what a wonderful staff they have! I will definitely be recommending this practice to all my friends and family!

It's my first time going to Creekside Dental and I'm fascinated. Everyone seems very professional, friendly and helpful. All the staff members seem to like working in this office. Always a smile, 'How are you today? How can I help it? My hygienist Barb is so thorough that I feel like my teeth shine when she's done. Dr. Ralsi is an exceptional dentist. What she has achieved makes it easy for me to smile... I love what she has achieved 🤩

I’ve been going to Creekside since I was a teenager, and I never had a bad experience. Everyone is so nice and respectful, and the doctors are very informative. Barb, my hygienist, makes sure I am comfortable and she is very sweet! She explains what she is doing/is going to do so I don’t get anxious, and so I am informed about the process! I love Creekside.

My Dentist Dr. Kimball Larsen and my hygienist Barb are truly the nicest people you’ll meet!! They are both efficient and accommodating. They even remember who I am after not being there for 6 months, would highly recommend going to Creekside Dental.
