Dental Health Associates

I was recommended Dental health associates as soon as I was looking for an office to be seen at, and I see why. I was seen by Dr. Jung and his assistant Melinda. They are both very professional and care about how their patients are taken care of. During the work I was getting done Dr. Jung and Melinda always made sure to see if I was doing good or needed a break. After all the dental work I have had, I haven't had any issues. Not only is Dr. Jung my dentist he is also my child's as well. After the appointment my child was so excited and very comfortable with Dr.Jung and his other assistant Helena, they explained everything very well to during the cleaning ( my little one was a bit nervous at first). I highly recommend Dr. Jung and his dental assistants.

When it comes time finalize my appointments, Kim always helps me arrange my payments, and future appointments with her positive attitude and willing to assist.

I would also like to mention that the staff working at the front desk are amazing, they always greet me and are so polite and respectful.

Not only are they great on a professional level, but a personal level, they truly make you feel like family.

I absolutely love Dental Health Associates. I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and they made me so relaxed and comfortable. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists and with them, I don't feel like that. The assistant that helped get me ready was so nice! Dr. Kim did an amazing job, too! It is less than a week later and I don't even feel like I've had teeth pulled. The staff is so welcoming and I'm honestly looking forward to going back for my next appointment tomorrow!

I used to have a fear of the dentist because all my past experiences were less than pleasant. But then I found this place! They are so friendly, kind and caring. If I felt any pain (during my crown), Dr. Jung immediately stopped and gave me a booster shot instead of saying "It's okay, we're almost done," like some of my previous dentists probably would have said. The assistant, Melinda, is so extremely nice and comforting! And Kim is so kind and patient when I needed help with the financial part and making my next appointments. They have plush blankets and Netflix too! I will be bringing my kids here and I will be telling all two of my friends!

I had to have a molar that had broken off at the root pulled. And I was scared. Having had a bad prior experience (different clinic). The dental staff was reassuring and told me Dr Kim does a great job. Don't worry. ... Well he did a great job. His dental assistant was awesome. And Dr. Kim gave me two shots that did not hurt. And when he pulled my tooth it was quick, painless and calm. I recommend the dr, assistant and clinic.

I have always dreaded going to the dentist, it makes me stressed out and anxious just thinking about it, that being said Dental Health Associates is by far one of the best offices I've been to. The staff is always so nice, greeting you like a friend and not just another patient. I've noticed the staff puts forth a lot of effort to get to know their patients, building positive relationships which makes visiting the dentist a much better experience, especially if going to the dentist usually makes you a little anxious which seems to be very common.

I have always seen Dr. Kim (dentist) and Dr. Jung (orthodontist) who have always been very patient and understanding. They have always taken the time to explain any procedures I've needed to get done, explained my options if their were any and answered any questions I had.

The office also offers child care on some days which is absolutely wonderful! Having the option to bring your child and know that they will be well taken care of during your appointment is so helpful and saves you the worry of being able to make it to your appointment or not because you don't have someone to watch your children, especially if you don't have a regular sitter.

One of my favorite things though is the No Cavity Club wall!! How wonderful is it that they are encouraging kids to have happy, healthy smiles with more than just a sticker! The wall rewarding children for not getting any cavities by displaying a proud photo of them with their dentist in the main lobby.

I could just go on and on about how great this office and the staff are. I live in the Auburn area and continue to drive to Tacoma even though I could go to a closer office because I KNOW that I will get great service here. I KNOW that I never have to worry about another traumatic dental experience again. If you are in search of a dentist look no further because this is the best dental office you will ever find.

They are the best dental office I have ever been too. My daughters and myself enjoy coming here, which is difficult to believe when you are taking about dental visit. The staff is so kind (genuinely). Dr. Jung is attentive and informative. He will explain everything that is being done and why it needs to be done. He is very empathetic. Our smile sometimes is our biggest insecurities and he knows to make it right. I high recommend this office.

My son and I have been going to DHA for almost 3 years now and have had a great experience each visit. We have had everything from simple cleanings to triple bridges, root canals, and crowns. Dr. Jung does some amazing work along with the rest of the staff at DHA. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new dentist in town. Great prices, great work, and great staff. They make you feel comfortable (and most of us do not like going to the dentist) and never have I had any pain during any procedure. Look no further and schedule an appointment today.

Everyone is so friendly. I’m usually very uncomfortable at the dentist like most people are but Connie made me feel at ease. Dr.Kim was excellent and professional. Raychel (sorry if I misspelled) was awesome with the quotes for prices and was very knowledgeable about what and how much my insurance would cover. All in all one of the best experiences I could’ve asked for coming to a dental office. Plus they fixed my chipped tooth and I’m back looking like that guy!!! Lol

This is the best Dentist Office I have ever been too!!! Staff is always nice and doctors are amazing. Dr. Jung is my dentist and hands down the best I have ever had. He's replaced an old crown, done a root canal and a second crown. He takes his time during the procedures and is not in a rush to get ya out the door, he thoroughly makes sure his work is complete and excellent. 5 hours after my root canal procedure, he personally called me to check in to see how I was doing. I have never ever had a dentist do this before.... my WA friends if your looking for a great dentist go to Dental Health Associates in Lakewood, and see Dr. Jung and his amazing staff!!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Dental Health Associates!! I have major dental anxiety and Dr Stevens was so informative and extremely empathetic to my situation. Suzy and the rest of the gals here are also so so warm and welcoming it’s really a great atmosphere. I had a crown done and felt ZERO PAIN!! The office is super clean and hygienic, it’s been the best dental experience I’ve ever had!
