Dr. Jung is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry he can offer. His staff also are amazing and answer any and all questions you may have to put you at ease. I have been coming here for over 10 years and have done minor to major procedures and I haven't hesitated once from trusting Dr. Jung and staff on what the best routes are. His excellent work has brought my smile back and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jung to anyone who needs a dentist!

I've been a patient of DHA since 1975. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The dentists here are great. The staff is the very best there is. Suzy,Marcy,Connie,Jill,Kim and all the rest of the staff are unsurpassed with their professionalism and their always glad to see you attitude. You will not find a better more dedicated crew anywhere ! These folks are the best in the business without question. Give them a call. You wont be sorry !

Being in a military family and moving around a lot, I’ve been seen at several dentist offices. This office has been the best by far! Every dental hygienist I’ve seen has been friendly and professional. Dr. Kim is really great and personable. What is incredibly helpful is that there is free childcare available on certain days of the week during your appointment, and my kids like the childcare area. I am sad that we are moving again and I will no longer be able to visit this office.

I enjoy coming here! Everyone is great at what they do, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. I also love the pariffin hand dip and the lighting. The atmosphere just makes me comfortable. Lastly I really enjoy the text service. I get a reminder and I can even text back if I'm running late. Love Dr. Kim and Dental Health Associates.

I've been several times, for a bad toothache, to have a tooth extracted and to have a cleaning done and everyone I've met and dealt with has been beyond amazing. The doc is thorough and so patient, his team of hygienists are so gentle and the front desk staff are incredibly nice. We took our son for his first checkup and they were great with him too. AND, FREE ONSITE CHILDCARE!!! They have an awesome playroom for the kiddos and my son is asking me when we're going back so he can play! Overall, excellent experience every time we go and I highly recommend them!!!!

Have been a patient for close to 4 years. Highly professional, friendly, customer oriented group of professionals. Love my dentist Dr. Jung and all the staff there! My dentist visits always leaves me "smiling" literally! Have had major services... wisdom tooth extraction, root canal and crown and of course my twice a year cleaning, all with pleasant outcome. Their staff and customer care is top notched! Very accommodating with appointment scheduling, reminders and follow up calls after a major service, and of course Kim is excellent at working with your insurance coverage.

I have been a patient here for many years. Every visit had been as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be! The staff is kind, friendly, professional and folks I would like to be friends with. My care has been excellent every time.

As a child, teenager, and even a young adult I never had a good dental visit. I always had dental problems and I always had pain associated with my dental visits (either not numb or other complications). As I grew older, I developed severe fear and anxiety when it came to going to the dentist; as a result, I had not visited a dentist office in 7 or 8 years. My teeth were not terrible but I was having some discomfort when chewing. I knew I needed to have some work done or at least a checkup. I did a Google search for sedation dentistry near my location. After speaking with several dentist offices and explaining my fears, I decided to go with Dental Health Associates. At the time, this decision was mainly based on the customer service I got with my first call. When I called, I received a very warm and understanding reception. The lady on the phone was very understanding and thorough with her explanation of the process; more importantly, she did not try to rationalize or downplay my fear of going to the dentist. She was very empathetic and compassionate towards my situation. I was placed under the dental care of Dr. Kevin Kim. On my first check-up visit, Dr. Kim and the dental assistant displayed understanding of and empathy towards my fears. Dr. Kim did not belittle me (I have felt this way with some dentists in the past) or lecture me with any monotonous oral hygiene talk; furthermore, he was very professional and explained my dental problems (it was better than I thought) and his recommended treatment plans in details that I could understand. Raychel was extremely kind, competent, and very tolerant with my fear and attitude towards going to the dentists. Her demeanor and customer service made me feel as if I was not just a number. She helped me schedule my appointments at a time that was convenient for my wife and I (my wife had to drive me after sedation) and she explained the cost of the procedures so there were no surprises later. The procedures were on time and Dr. Kim provided me with some medication to help me with my anxiety and some sedation to help me through the actual procedures. For the most part, I do not remember anything but most importantly it was painless! I took a pill the night before, another pill about one hour before the procedure, sat down in the chair and the next thing I knew the procedure was over and Dr. Kim and my wife were walking me to the car. I had a few hours of being tired but it was well worth it. Dr. Kim even called me later in the evening to see how I was doing and to answer any questions I might have. For me, I don’t think the dental office will ever be like going on a Hawaiian vacation (lol), but Dr. Kim and his staff has definitely made me feel more amendable when it comes to visiting the dentist. After three appointments (one for an initial check-up and x-rays), the discomfort in my mouth is gone and I plan on having some voluntary dental restoration (teeth replacement) done by Dr. Kim so I can smile big again; in addition, I plan on moving my family to the Dental Health Associates for all their dental needs. Rather you fear dentistry, you are perfectly comfortable with it, or you are somewhere in between, I would definitely recommend you try Dental Health Associates. Excellent dental experience!
