Maple Valley Modern Dentistry

When I first started going to Dr. Usha at Modern Dental in Maple Valley, I had to admit to them I had terrible dental anxiety. I had a horrible dental visit go very bad years ago and it stayed with me.
The staff at Modern Dental were AMAZING to say the least!!
They are gentle, and she truly has a staff that cares! You can tell they like what they do!
Dr. Usha has been fabulous, she explains in detail what your dental plan is and makes sure you are at ease.
If you are looking for a friendly staff and a wonderful dentist- try Modern Dental in Maple Valley! They have been wonderful!

Dr Fang was able to see my daughter right away for an urgent dental issue. Dr Fang was very pleasant, thorough, and helped resolve my daughter’s issue quickly and fully. My daughter is out of pain and much happier. We will be back for all of our dental needs.

One of the best Dental experiences I have ever had. I was in considerable pain for several weeks with a filling that had come out exposing the nerve. Dr Amit was very caring and made me feel very relaxed, he went through my options and I elected to have the tooth extracted. I couldn't believe how reasonable the whole service was, and everyone there made me feel like my well being was their highest purpose, not that I was just a piece of meet from which to extract money from. Outstanding care, clean, bright warm office, very caring and friendly staff, and a great doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Worst Dentist Ever!! Push you into cosmetic procedures that aren’t necessary.

Only care about making money and trying to upsell. Worst of all…scheduled two appointments, but after my first appointment (paid $1800 out of pocket) for “same day crown” I cancelled my second appointment well in advance of schedule due to horrible experience.

I just got a bill from my insurance for $3400. These crooks filed a claim for cosmetic procedures that never took place knowing my insurance wouldn’t cover services or claim submitted. Really?!? Shady people!

Got my wisdom teeth out today through IV sedation and everyone was nothing but nice and understanding especially since I have a crazy fear of needles. Dr. Doyle and his staff were amazing and I highly recommend them. I am always greeted by the nice woman upfront and for the life of me I can’t think of her name but she was incredible. Thank you modern dentistry you have a great staff and great work ethic.

I started with a new dentist I thought. Broke a tooth went to see Ursha she was nice to begin with. I needed a crown then I needed 2 crowns she said. She wanted the $2000 crowns I told her I wanted medal with porcelain covered. That made her mad and I suffered through 2 crowns. I have never been treated like that and handled that rough at a dentist in my life. I have had 1 root canal and 3 other crowns before with no pain. One of the crowns wasn’t done quite right it was very painful so I went back all she did was told me not to chew on that side, gargle and don’t use my water pick thats a luxury!
Thank goodness for my granddaughter she took me to her dentist and he did some resurfacing. It’s good now! Don’t go there unless you love pain!

I went in to have a broken tooth repaired, they would not do the work because my blood pressure was too high . Instead they cleaned and descaled half my mouth (apparently blood pressure not an issue for that work). Made an appointment to come back after visiting my health care doctor (BP back to normal). Didn't fix the tooth, just finished the cleaning. Billed me over $500 dollars, above the insurance for this.
Still had a broken tooth, which I had repaired the next day at a much more trustworthy dentist.
Please pick another Dentist office.

Far exceeded any other dental experience in my 55 years. Very reasonable cost & high tech, (crowns are made in minuets). Being hyper sensitive & hard to numb, could not have been happier with lack of pain. very little pressure, everyone is kind, pleasant, caring and considerate. Semi emergency, they got me in right away, explained several options with timeline & costs. Could not have been a better experience or a more reasonable in cost. I prepaid & a procedure was refunded that they did not do. Never would have know, What wonderful angels.

Horrible experience with the regular dentists here. So i first came here to see their root canal specialist almost 2 years ago and she was fantastic. So I figured this was closer to home than my current dentist and I came back because they boasted about doing crowns quickly and efficiently. Nope! They kept blaming the equipment, i was there for hours and hours and fitting the crown was so painful. I mean I did an upper molar root canal with no problems but I was practically in tears with them trying to do this crown. The dentists are not personable at all, they're actually rude about your concerns. The crown does not fit well at all still and they haven't fixed it. Please don't go here.
