I used to be a chemist and biologist. I went there for normal cleaning since it has good reviews and near my home. They forced you to pay photograph your teeth if you want to be their client. It took 3 mins and costed $50+ and insurance won't cover it. They told me that I need deep cleaning and antibiotic treatment for periodontitis. They proposed a plan for it and it costs $1000+ for buffering (sodium bicarbonate, basically baking soda) ($200+), antibioitc($800+), drug injection($36) and mouth rinse($34) after insurance. They also charge buffering made of baking soda four times during cleaning treatment and 2 times during tiny filling treatment and each costs $51. After you pointed it out, they told you can choose not to have them. If you don't know the chemical name of baking soda, you will end up with paying extra unnecessary $ 306 and not even mention they charge you for mouth rinse, which is ridiculous. They charge $333.5 for tiny filling after insurance (see the phase 2 part of the image). I would rather go to see a periodontist to see if I need laser treatment or not and feel more comfortable.
Follow up: I ended up with going to see a periodontist in a different clinic. They charged $22 for the same filling and $200 for deep cleaning after insurance. There are no crazy itemized fees.

Dr. Michele Taylor has been our family dentist since she opened her office. I have had numerous procedures done including a bone graft and implant and I am 100% satisfied with the results. The entire office staff is helpful and friendly. Shiloh is the best dental hygienist I have ever been to. She is able to help you target your individual problems and come up with solutions for these areas. Very professional and top of the line service. Dr. Taylor and her stuff are really friendly. Shilloh my assigned dental hygienist is very thorough with her work. She's the best hygienist so far have worked on my dental cleaning. Yes they a pricey and recommended couple of treatments I did not expect but they are all explained well. Definitely coming back to this clinic.

I felt very safe and welcome when I walked into the office. The office was very clean with modern equipment. Dr. Taylor and her staff are very kind and compassionate. Everyone understood my needs and were very thorough with explaining everything along the way.
