West Valley Dental

This was my first visit with a dentist in almost 30 years. I have been so afraid of pain that I wouldn't go. I only had a consultation and scanning, but I felt comfortable with ALL the staff and the dentist at West Valley Dental. I do have an action plan now and am actually excited to go back. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, I felt valued and all my questions were answered with politeness and care. So far, I would highly recommend. Hopefully I'll be able to update when I've completed my procedures.

Their customer service is excellent. They are very honest and accommodated to my budget and needs in a way that I was impressed. I was planning to go to the borders to get my teeth done in a low price without the same quality control as here in the USA but after I meet this office, I decided to get them done here and keep this doctor as my personal dentist from now on.

It is refreshing to hear an honest voice and clarity. Several things convince me of thier sincerity. One, a good friend at work recommended them, and although I missed my first appointment with them they rescheduled me for a free consultation without fuss. When I got there all of the staff members I came in contact with where more then polite and accommodating, they where professional and proficient and well organized. They worked together like a well oiled machine with care and concern. Secondly, an old friend I have not seen in years happened to come in with a friend and when she saw me she erupted with glowing praise of the excellent service they had done for her and it showed in her smile as well as her words. It was clear she had not only recommended the services to her friend but had gone out of her way to aide them in getting there and getting them set for thier appointment. Lastly, the doctor was attentive and transparent, a rear quality in doctors these days. I asked questions and his answers where direct, clear and sincere. When we where done I had a very clear understanding of what I needed to do if I wanted the best care.
I know my insurance will not cover and I am far from eligible for a loan; perhaps a good thing since I'm tiered of being in debt. In spite of my personal obstacles I believe it would be worth waiting until my financial position matched my need for the best dental care available. I have waited more then 40 years, I can wait a bit longer. It seems to me They are Well Worth it.

Our ENTIRE family receives care from West Valley Dental and I have looked high and low for a dentst for years and I have finally found our "Forever" Dentist. This office is a family. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the care you receive is phenomenal. Not only have you guys cared for my 3 kids, you have given me back the confidence to smile. I received my two implants today and was told for years I couldn't have two teeth in this spot because it would not fit. Well guess what....these guys performed a miracle and today I am probably the happiest person around.this town. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being not only good at what you do but kind, passionate, caring and you can tell EVERY single person that works there loves what they do. It Shows!! OH DID I MENTION THE EXCELLENT PRICES????? Unbelievable you have to see them for yourself! Thank you West Valley Dental for caring for me and my family and giving us all the will to want to smile!!! I will continue to tell everyone I know about you guys. The best referral is word of mouth! Dr. Hsue and his highly dedicated staff is the best dentist in the greater Puget Sound Area, hands down.

I have never had a more enjoyable dental experience. The doctor and his entire staff went out of their way to make sure we knew our options and, once we decided to proceed, made all the arrangements SO FAST!! I know that my procedure will take a year+ but I know that I will be in good hands the whole time!!!

The dentist I had this visit is amazing! She explains everything & is very gentle & detailed. I hope I have her for every appointment. My journey with getting my implants has been long but the way she explains everything & answers my questions helps me be patient & more confident. EVERYONE @ this dentist office makes sure every patient feels they are important & safe. Their work is excellent & I’m so glad I finally found an excellent dentist office.

The staff!!! Excellent.... Deedee,Elise,Alice and the rest(Sorry I don't remember all their names) are just the best,their customer service and how they interact with patients is just top notch....

Dr. Hsue is the best dentist I have ever come across, very knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable and confident in his abilities,takes aaaaaalllll the time with a patient until you have exhausted all questions imaginable, I just love how he made me feel at home and that I made the best decision to go with Valley West Dental.
What got me is that the doctor takes his time and answer your questions no matter how small and irrelevant you think it is,to him and the staff,it is not...
Trust me... YOU WILL NOT REGRET GOING TO THEM...

The Team at West Valley Dental is nothing short of SPECTACULAR. I just underwent surgery and from what I remembered and mentioned by my wife, who escorted me that day, the entire staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Being foggy the first couple of days after surgery, I was not able to respond to the Staff's call and text immediately. I attempted to call back on a Friday, but the clinic was closed. To my surprise, I received a text from Jenny on Saturday morning, who was off and away from the office but made the kind effort of trying to get a hold of me to check on my condition. Calling me on her day off clearly reflects how caring and interested she was in my wellbeing. Again, this Staff has gone above and beyond expectations providing customer service and the overall care of their patients. I appreciate them all. Thanks!

Each time I have had an appointment at Dr Hsue the staff and Dr Hsue have been very accommodating. They are always so nice and thorough whenever I have questions. Even the extraction process has been smooth. I really appreciate their concern and care! Very clean and comfortable too.

I haven’t been to the dentist for years out of fear, right away the assistants made me feel comfortable. They have helped me above and beyond what I expected and I will be able to have a brand new smile without any fear. Thank you so much Dr. Kuzi.
