I moved to Wenatchee but still travel to see Dr. Andrew Bagley and his awesome team! That’s how great they are. I had a horrible dentist experience when I was younger that made me absolutely terrified of dentists. Bagley dental has taken that fear away! I highly recommend them! I’ve been Seeing Dr. Ryan Bagley Ever since I could remember. They have always taken excellent care of me and my teeth! The office is modern and always clean, they get you back fast, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to go back, the put things into easy to understand terms and most importantly everyone is always happy and smiling! I hate going to the dentist,, I always have! but since I started being seen at BAGLEY they make me feel comfortable and they really take care of you in every way, the staff are friendly and Dr. Ryan is really welcoming and is an excellent Dr. I am not the type to leave reviews but Bagley Dental is great dental office for me and my family.

I am quite disappointed in the service. I called and asked if they accepted my insurance (Cigna) and they told me they didn’t. I then called my insurance and asked if Dr. Bagley was in network and they said they were, so I called the dental office back and told them that they are in network and they scheduled me an emergency appointment for a new patient.
When I went in for my appointment a few days later, they tried pointing the temperature gun to my forehead and I asked if they could do it on the wrist or elbow instead and the receptionist told me no. I told her that I have epilepsy and absolutely can not have the infrared light pointed at my pineal gland. She said she would go talk to the doctor and then came back telling me they have to do it on the forehead and she can’t take the temperature anywhere else or any other way. This is the first time a dentist or doctors office have not taken my health into consideration. Not accommodating a person’s medical disability is against the law. Not only is pointing the gun at the forehead dangerous, it is very inaccurate. There are better places on the body to get a better read.
There are huge health implications to pointing the gun to the pineal gland! Also, I am not onboard with normalizing a gun being pointed to the head and a trigger being pulled. Please do your research and consider that not everyone can get an infrared laser pointed at their forehead.
