I’ve been going to Bagley Dental ever since I could remember (I remember the old office 😬). My appointments always go smoothly. When I ask questions or have concerns they always answer honestly and explain in detail if need be (going above and beyond). I referred my husband here and he loves Bagley Dental as much as I do! I love the txt reminding feature they have. A quick txt to either remind you of an appt or a simple confirmation. I had my wisdom teeth pulled couple days ago, and the assistant that was with me through the procedure was sweet and caring and made me very comfortable. I also liked that she called a couple hours later to check on me and how I was doing! Best care, staff, and dentist (Dr. Ryan Bagley) ever :)

Love every staff member. Always smiling and kind. They talk to you like your long lost friends. I have always feared the dentist like most people. I needed medication just to go. Let me tell you I feel so comfortable that I don’t need medication anymore to calm myself down. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Y’all are the best in Tricity.

Hands down the best Dentist I've ever been to in my 36 years. It started with the outstanding staff at the front desk that were able to get me an appointment that was convenient for me and my schedule. Dr Bagley explained every step of the procedures before he even got started to make sure I understood what was going to happen, which put my worries & anxieties at ease. He was quick, kind & gentle and for that I am grateful.

They dealt with a mistake they made with my insurance billing by keeping my money for months until they corrected it. I caught the mistake the day of visit. We have very good coverage and i paid almost two hundred out of pocket so I went back in and found out they did not bill my primary, only my secondary and then charged me an estimated cost. Also put sealants in my son's mouth without telling me beforehand. He went in for a cavity and I saw it later on the bill. After several times on the phone and finally getting my money back I am done. Loved the dentist but will never go back. Office manager was rude and unapologetic.

This place is a joke! Been goin there for a few years now along with my family of 5 & because I got asked to work & needed to reschedule & this was my third time needing to do this they told me I had to PAY to reschedule!! So I said I guess I'll take my family of 5 to a new Dentist! That's freaking ridiculous!!! The girl on the phone was a rude uncaring poor excuse for a receptionist! See ya later Dr. Bagley
