Our family has been seeing Dr Snyder for over 20 years and the care is awesome. He is very gentle and very meticulous. Never any dental “fear”. Lisa the dental hygienist is also very thorough and pain free. The care is proactive and everything is explained in an easy to understand manner. The office staff is helpful and friendly.

Prior to my appointment with Dr Ronald K Snyder I'd not read his reviews but was doing so as we drive to his office. I became quite concerned as I read a very negative review and wondering how my visit might turn out. Unlike the other review, I found Dr Snyder to be a very pleasant and gentle dentist. His staff very accommodating and personable. I will be seeing Dr. Snyder again this week and in future.

Everyone there is so nice, I really appreciate that they were so accommodating of my anxiety of having dental work done. Very grateful for Dr. Syder and Casey and the receptionist Sandy.

this dentist is very mean and does botched work, unwilling to fix or admit his mistakes. He had me in tears leaving his office from work that he did and I was unhappy with. I have private insurance and he made me feel inferior and belittled so if you have state insurance I’d seriously reconsider going to see him. You will definitely regret it, I sure do!!

Spent years trying to find a dentist I not only can trust but that takes me seriously. This dr is amazing and sensitive to your every need. I’ve always required much more numbing medicine than normal and many other doctors have shrugged me off and kept drilling until my screams became too loud.
Dr Snyder immediately gave me a couple extra shots then a couple times (during many precedures) immediate stopped what he was doing the moment he saw I still had feeling and immediately gave me more numbing meds.
He’s gentle and friendly and his work is amazing. Couldn’t say enough about his work. He explains how teeth work and why I have very sensitive teeth and he’s been able to help me in every strange problem that’s come up.
Like I said, I’d give him 10 stars if I could . I hate the thought of him ever retiring because he’s that good.

If I could leave 0 starts I would! The Dentist isnt to bad but the receptionist is a NIGHTMARE & was TOTALLY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL, I had an emergency with one of my children & unfortinatly missed ONE appointment... just ONE appointment so the receptionist demanded a doctor note inorder for me to keep my other appointment which is totally against not only my HIPPA privacy but my minor child’s privacy too, not to mention I don’t have to prove anything to her, she’s just a receptionist! Plus she can’t do that because according to there own patient rights & responsibilities they can only cancel the rest of your appts after THREE no calls or no shows NOT ONE, Life happens especially when you have four children! then my little sister had an appointment later that same day & when my dad took her in the receptionist was talking bad about me to my father calling me a lier & telling him that I missed my appointment & that she didn’t believe A word I said & that she is making me bring in a doctors note. Its not her job to believe me or not, it’s her job to schedule appts PERIOD & I don’t have to prove anything to her! Which her talking about me is also against my privacy! I’m almost 30 years old & do not live with my parents so it’s not like my father knew much about what was going on anyway & she had no right to talk about me or ANYTHING about my appointment to my father who was NOT listed anywhere on my patient information! They treat people with State insurance like we are all broke peace’s of garbage, I liked Dr Snyder although he asked if I had to catch the buss & when I explained that I had a car he told me how fortunate I was because most people don’t have cars... like what? I drive a brand new car & my Boyfriend & I live in a house that we own, just because I have state insurance doesn’t mean I’m broke, In fact I put about 1,500 dollars CASH aside to get a broken tooth fixed! I had to wait 6 months to get in & been seen, then another 3-4 weeks to get the treatment I needed which I had painful cavities around my gum lines in my FRONT teeth & the receptionist still made me wait along time & rescheduled me another 3 months out the day before my first appt because I had been getting over a cold & had just a little congestion left! Well after the receptionists appalling behavior I called another office on Friday & they got me in immediately The following Monday & also did the treatment the same day then had me come back in the very next day to do the rest of the work, so now it’s done & I'm very happy with my new office! If you have state I recommend you stay far away from this office & the receptionist, I can not believe she still has a job when she clearly does not care about patients rights to privacy

My experience with Richland Dental Center was horrible. The office manager, Annie (I believe her name was) was really rude. Horrible Customer Service.
