I absolutely LOVED Family first Dental when I took my grand daughter there today for a cleaning and check up dental appointment. The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful when working with my grand daughter that she wasn't afraid at all of going to the dentist and actually enjoyed her appointment. The dentist was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done and very thorough in his examination. I am so glad we decided to give Family First Dental a call and make an appointment.

Polite, engaging and thorough! State of the art equipment. It was unfortunate that my former dentist could not forward my x-rays but Dr. Weatherall was kind enough to take new ones. Happy experience all around!! I look forward to my return visit! Who says that??

Family First provides top notch dental care. We have no complaints. If you don't have insurance it's okay. We pay for the annual family plan and get a discount.

I’ve been going to this specific dental office since I practically grew teeth, when Dr. Lagergren owned it. The staff is amazing and Dr. Rick is wonderful at what he does. I miss the outdated beach-themed office and rooms, but the new upgrade is very organized and professional. It’s completely not ideal to bring young kids to your own appointment anyways, but it would have been a little easier with a chair or two in the exam room. On the other hand, without it the room is spacious and clean! The upgraded technology there makes the appointment faster and less intrusive! The appointments are always prompt. I’ve never waited around for more than a few minutes for any part of my visit. 5 star worthy, good job everyone! :)

My first visit was pleasant ~ front desk folks were helpful and kind, Robin was thorough and explained everything she was doing (which I appreciated), and Dr. Rick was relaxed and friendly. Everyone was so friendly right when I walked in. Andrea greeted me with a smile and helped me though the check in process. Dr. Rick was awesome! Gave it to me straight but was honest and caring. Julie cleaned my teeth and was so gentle that I didn’t even know she doing anything. I have found my dentist for life! I encourage everyone to go see them if you want honesty and caring. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I love the confidence Dr Rick has. He makes me very comfortable and I trust him. I have a lot of medical problems and I have no fear that he can handle them. It's actually one of the first times I look forward to seeing the dentist.
