Viewpoint Dentistry

I have always hated going to the dentist but not anymore. Everyone at Viewpoint is so extremely nice! In the past I would have to have expensive procedures done nearly every time I went in to the dentist. Now I get told that my teeth are so clean and nice! I am so thankful for the team at Viewpoint Dentist, definitely a cut above the rest!!!

Dr Snow has always provided expert care for my dental needs!

I am so disappointed with Viewpoint Dentistry. I went in for my first ever routine cleaning with them and 3 weeks later received a bill FOR A ROUTINE cleaning that should have been covered 100%. The lady working on my teeth never once said anything about doing extra work that would not be covered that day. I called in to ask why I was sent a bill and they said it was for gum work, the only thing that I was told at my visit was that I would be needing gum therapy, because whitening strips had damaged my gums. I asked if it would be covered by my insurance and the lady (working on my teeth) said “yes, because it is something that we are recommending be done for your gums” the receptionist or whoever answered when I called to dispute my bill said “that is not verbiage that we use” long story short, I went in for a routine cleaning and came out with a bill! And then I pretty much got told that I was lying about being told that it would be covered when I called to clarify my bill. I am paying it and NEVER returning again! Lesson learned.

Kind, gentle and professional dental hygienists who make me smile all through the cleanings! The staff are all helpful and we love Dr. Snow, she is so competent, knowledgeable and just wonderful! Cannot say enough to recommend Viewpoint Dentistry!

Everything went as smooth as silk, from the check-in, to the cleaning, to the visit with Dr. Snow. I was given step by step explanations for each part of the cleaning, my questions were answered clearly, and I was offered an estimate of a suggested procedure. I would refer this practice to anyone.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff, very professional. They make you feel welcome and you are in good hands. Dr. Suzy Snow is excellent, one of the best dentist I have come across in my many years of seeing dental practitioners. Highly recommend becoming a patient.

I was a patient of Dr Dennis Higgins at Viewpoint. He was great and sent me to Dr Gottleib on Gage for gum treatment. I recently returned to Viewpoint for repair of two front teeth that were slowly wearing and chipping away. Dr Snow has taken over. She gave me a great exam and snowed me great close up detailed pictures of my teeth. She repaired the two front teeth on my next visit and they are beautiful! Planning to return soon to have work done on a couple of old fillings. High class work with the very latest tools! I’m impressed!

I have been a very satisfied patient with Dr. Higgins for many years, he has helped me a lot through some difficult situations. My family members are also long-term patients. I have recently transitioned to Dr. Snow and have experienced the same high level of care. I can't imagine receiving dental care that is more professional, caring and effective. The office staff members are all friendly, caring and efficient starting with Shannon who usually answers the phone when I have called, but also has an unbelievable knowledge base on the ins and outs of billing and insurance. Brenda and sometimes Julie have done my cleaning for many years and both are very professional and excellent at what they do. Dental Assistant Bonnie is very capable and does everything she can to ensure that I am comfortable and having a good experience. I recently met Rick, new to the team, who is the same way. The whole team seems to have good communications about my needs and all seem to have been briefed on why I am there and what needs to be done. And good humor is in abundance in the office, which contributes to the enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend View Point Dentistry and am glad I am a patient there.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Were not super pushy like some dentists are. They answered all my questions and explained the condition of my teeth very well. They explained the reasons for the recommendations as well. They also do one of the most detailed initial exams which is great!

Jade provided an excellent cleaning experience and Dr. Snow performed an thorough exam and recommended a treatment plan that will help protect teeth worn down by use. Very good experience!!
