This is a warm, friendly, competent, and professional dentist office. I’ve been going there for my families care over 25 years (formerly Dr. Sepes). I’ve always been very pleased with the overall service I received until my last visit. I felt my hygienist was informative and skilled but lacked empathy and tact. I left feeling like I had failed an exam and had been chided for not giving more attention to my oral care when I have just gone through loosing my husband. I swear some days it was hard to get out of bed let alone floss every day🤷🏻♀️ My interactions with the hygienist just rubbed me the wrong way while the dentist was warm, compassionate and skilled.

I was seen today for an emergency visit and everyone was so nice! I have a lot of anxiety, especially around dental work. I didn’t feel a thing and Dr. Ly explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. Now my husband and I have appointments for cleanings and we will not be going anywhere else. Amazing place!

My husband came home from work in an extreme amount of pain from a tooth ache. This happened right before the New Years holiday weekend. We called his primary dental office and they declined to see him, I must have called 5 other dental offices and had zero luck. My last phone call was to Dimples Family Dentistry and the woman who answered the phone was so nice and genuinely showed care and concern for him. She did everything she could do to get my husband in before they closed. When he arrived they were so welcoming even though they could have closed and enjoyed their Holiday weekend. The Dr was amazing and did everything possible to make him comfortable. Needless to say, our entire family is in the works of changing our primary dental account to Dimples Family Dentistry. We choose to give our business to those who treat others correctly and values their customers. Thank you, Dimples Family Dentistry for taking care of us!

Dr. Ly took over the practice after the retirement of Dr. Sepe, who was just the best! I felt cautious of a new dentist, but Dr. Ly is great, with a calm, confident, and caring demeanor. Many of the wonderful staff stayed over from Dr. Sepe and it's very nice to see them. The physical office is very pleasant and the dental chairs are comfy. Worth traveling to Ridgefield from downtown Vancouver :)

I can’t give enough stars to Dr. Ly! He has helped me tremendously over the years with my dental anxiety, through his calm and patient mannerisms. He does wonderful work too! I have been his patient for years but just met his new team at the new office and everyone was great! Hygienist Kristi was so thorough in cleaning my teeth but also gentle. Dr. Ly at Dimples Family Dentistry in Ridgefield, WA is fantastic! I don’t usually leave reviews, but after visiting Dr. Ly, I was so grateful for all of his care and expertise, I felt compelled to do it! I have pretty severe anxiety about going to the dentist for anything other than just a teeth cleaning. He was wonderful! He truly cared about how I felt and was able to get my dentistry work done without any problem. He’s awesome!
