I haven’t been to the dentist in several years and always dreaded going. Harken dental changed my perspective on dentistry.

Upon arrival I was brought back to my room and never waited for anyone to get there. Everyone there was very friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile in every aspect. The hygienist, Heather I believe, was amazing. Heather explained everything that was going on and worked with my insurance and me so I wasn’t paying a crazy amount of money.

Dr. Harken was also very personal and did a thorough job explaining everything to me. He is very good at what he does. I felt no pain!

I can’t recommend this dentistry enough to people. Judgement free and very personable. Can’t wait to go back

I’ve had a piece of my front tooth repaired previously at Harken, and it still looks good/holding strong.

But what really inspired my review is my appointment today at 4:50pm. I came in for a cleaning/wisdom tooth referral and I so appreciate the lady that helped me. She was perfect. I’m kicking myself for forgetting her name. She was so nice and really helped me feel relaxed through the uncomfortable tooth-photo process with her funny jokes. I was guilty of going without a cleaning for quite some time and she took the time to thoroughly get my teeth clean despite it being the end of the day. She was so great about educating me through the process about everything from plaque and receding gums, to tooth brushes and fluoride. Not to say that the dentist isn’t good, he is, but I saw him for 5-10 minutes and spent an hour with her, the dental hygienist. I really hope that knowing my appointment time and date can be traced back to her so she knows how much her care and expertise show, and how it can turn what could have a negative experience, into a positive one. Thank you! I’m so relieved I found Harken dental!

OH MY!!!!! I have not been to the dentist in years, so much phobia but today it was an emergency! They were amazing, called this morning and was in there the next hour! So understanding of my anxiety and embarrassment over the shape my mouth was in. They continually asked how I was doing and reassured me along the way that they would take care of me- get me out of pain FIRST and then address the issues. So so thankful- next appt already made!!!

Dr Bradley J Harken, DDS, took me in with only one hours notice for a cosmetic dental emergency. He did excellent work and the staff was great. I will go to him from now on. I highly recommend Dr Harken and his crew!

Dr. Harken & team are always amazing. Going to dentist is never fun but they have super friendly staff, got me in on an emergency immediately, & always make going the pleasant.

Went in for an emergency procedure. After calling multiple oral surgeons and dental offices (All were unable to get me in for weeks/month I ended up calling this office. The gal on the phone was very professional and snuck me in on the day of due to a canceled appt. Dr Harken handled the procedure like a champion and even talked GU Basketball with me leading up to the procedure. A Spokane man for sure! Well done, Harken Dental!

Very nice dentist. Unfortunately I had to much sensitivity to complete my treatment as I warned them several times. A long time employee of this office insisted I come in anyway reassuring me I would be treated fairly. They did attempt to complete my treatment but where unable. I left 3 stars because even though I feel I was pressured to keep my appointment they where unable to complete my treatment but still charged me the full amount. This may be a normal practice but if it where say a auto repair shop and could not do the job they may charge a diagnostic fee bit would never charge the full price quoted for the entire job. There polite people but in the end I didn't feel I received what they insisted I pay for. If it was me I would have at minimum offerd a small discount knowing the details of this appointment to avoid a less than perfect review for such a petty amount of money. I paid it as they requested because it's only fair I guess but so is my review. Obviously there not worried as I informed them I was less than happy and would state it in a review.

Harken Dental is the best dental experience I've ever had! Everyone is friendly, caring & great. I recommend them highly ! I'm a nervous Nellie, but they did a great job. Still more to do & I put my full trust in them.

This was my first experience with doctor Harken and his wonderful team here in Spokane. Will be coming here for all my dental needs. Wonderful staff, painless procedure. Top notch team!

The team at Harken Dental has been taking very good care of me. Dr.Harken is very good at what he does. Had a root canal done by him and the next day, had no pain. The lady who did my cleaning did a very good job as well. All the staff have been nothing but friendly. They’ve been honest and upfront with me and have been willing to work with me financially. Great place and great people.
