The hours are fantastic. My dentist recommended that I go there during the weekend due to extreme pain. I was told I needed a root canal which I was not expecting. My mom asked the dentist how to get through the weekend until my dentist was open. They said we will do the root canal now. My teeth are extremely sensitive and that side of my mouth has a hard time getting numb. I don't feel comfortable having anyone work on my teeth. I mentioned that I would feel more comfortable waiting for my dentist. He was kind and said I'll let you talk with your mom and think it over. The assistant came in and I told her the same thing. She replied with, "why did you come here if you didn't want treatment?" That made me feel very badly and the tears started falling. I let her know that I was not expecting a root canal since I had just had one done next door to that tooth. Also, my dentist recommended that I see what was going on.
I left and waited until today for my doctor. The pain is unbearable and I almost went back to Harken. However, my dentist told me it is my root canal tooth causing the problem. Had I went ahead with treatment there, they would have done a root canal on the wrong tooth.

I was in immense pain as a tooth was infected and just talking was a painful experience. My regular dentist said their computers were down and they'll call me back (they didnt).
Someone on FB recommended this office and I called them, they were able to take me in immediately and extract the tooth. They were very nice and I think I'm going to switch my dentist to this office now.

Sunday night I had a large filling break off. I couldn't get in to my dentist on Monday (Labor day). I don't live in Spokane but Harken Dental took me in on Tuesday as soon as I was available. I knew a crown was going to be recommended because it was a rather large filling. During the same appointment a mold was made and a temp crown was put in place. I was worried I would lose time away from work or have to pay more out of pocket them I actually did. Harken dental was great and upfront about everything. The temp crown looks better than the filling work previously done.

Extremely terrible experience. I was told on the phone that they would take good care of me. I was in extreme pain with a full on abscess that was infected. I was sold $89 cleaning , x-ray and evaluation. They told me that I would need over $5000 worth of work. I told them I couldn't afford that but they still pressured me to apply for care credit. They preceded to clean my teeth which by the way was done so poorly that when I went for a second opinion they were shocked at how bad they did in fact they were embarrassed for me. They also sent me home with no prescription for antibiotics or pain meds even though I was obviously needing both I literally in sheer pain had to come back in person the next day to get it. Then they kept bugging to schedule a root canal though I still had no money or care credit approval for it. The building is so fancy and elaborate it just shows where their priorities lie in lining Dr Harkens pockets so he can go on about how he looks like Brad Pitt yah more like Brads pit yuk thank God I found a much better Dentist office that treated me with the dignity and compassion I deserved

The best dentist in town! He'll make sure you leave on a HIGH note! A true man of his craft and even better businessman! I GUARANTEE he uses the exact same tooth paste he recommends! I'm mostly referring to old Harken.

What a great place. Receptionist, assistant, hygienist, dentist: all great. Clean, professional, punctual, relaxing. I cannot say enough how happy I was with my service.

Last night, I had a temporary crown on a top front tooth pop off. Not very attractive. My regular dentist who put on the crown is out of town this weekend, and is not normally open on weekends, anyway. I called Harken Dental at 7:00 this morning (Saturday) and got an appointment for 8:30 this morning. I got right in and they cleaned and glued the temporary crown back on in just a few minutes. They were very friendly, helpful and professional, with a very nice facility. Their 7 day a week availability is a real plus. Highly recommended!

Great office, state-of-the-art equipment, great dentist. Super nice to be able to go to the dentist on a Sunday morning and not have to wait weeks and months between appointments. Painless, easy and recommended.
