Cascadia Dentistry staff have been very professional, kind, and thoughtful. I have special needs and have never felt disrespected until I had to deal with the billing person. She doesn't know how to do her job and wanted me to shut up and pay because of her "years of experience".

Since moving to the Stanwood in 2018, I am new to Casacadia Dentistry. I am very particular with choosing my dentist/doctor and will go to different ones until I find the right one for me. I have chosen Cascadia Dentistry because Dr. David Adams makes me feel very comfortable and shows a deep interest in my dental health. I've had 2 different hygienists and they were both great, the office staff is kind and accommodating and the waiting room and dental area is clean and inviting. I highly recommend Cascadia Dentistry.

First, I've had a lot of dental work done, and the shots they gave me were rough! Really rough! I was in tears, and there was zero empathy happening. Just awful. Immediately I was questioning being there.
Went for cleanings, myself and 2 kids (10 and 12). During my cleaning, they went together to the bathroom (holding hands, they are amazing). The "office lady" comes out and grabs their masks, puts them over their noses, pinched them shut, and scolded them.
First off, how unsanitary to do that. Secondly, DON'T TOUCH MY KIDS unless you're working on their teeth. My kids are homeschooled sweethearts, well behaved, and after my daughter told me in the car, her eyes were welling up.
In the chair, I was drilled CONSTANTLY by dentist and all assistants that we should be using fluorinated toothpaste. It was handled in a very condescending and arrogant manor. They do this while they work on you so you can't respond of course.
My kids are 10 and 12, never had a cavity. I win.
It was anything I talked about, how I wanted my temp to be scanned on my wrist instead of my forehead, they made me out that I was being silly. Again, it was an overall experience of realizing, I do NOT fit in at an office like that.

I just moved here 8 months ago and my dentist was 1700 miles away. I am terrified of dentists and the aftermath. I am so happy I came to Cascadia Denistry ;, I was immediately a little at ease by the friendly staff; even more at ease by the technician, and totally at ease by the time the dentist explained in detail everything to me. The feeling of wanting to jump out of my skin quickly evaded and I felt comfortable in the total surroundings. I left with no pain which was a joyful experience in itself, and 3 days after the extractions am still experiencing no discomfort. I highly recommend Cascadia to everyone, especially those who would rather walk through burning coals then go to a dentist. This dental office is exceptional!

I have received my dental care from Dr. Chris for nearly twelve years (with a slight break while I was out of state). I am a high anxiety patient when it comes to dental care and it has always been a struggle. That said, when I walk into Cascadia I know I don't have to worry. They are always ready with the things they know will set me at ease throughout my appointment. I have a beautiful crown in my mouth right now that has lasted 10+ years and is still as gorgeous and natural as ever, and I am about to get one more. As a cash pay patient I don't take my decisions for dental care lightly, but I don't regret a single penny spent on treatment from this team. We will be lifelong patients! Thank you Cascadia Team!!!
