I didn't realize the incredibly poor cleanings I was receiving until I switched dentists today. I'm extremely upset that the time I put in at Tietan, thinking my teeth were being well taken care of every 6 months was wasted. On top of it all, I have sensitivity that showed up and has never gone away after having some work done. Hopefully my gums will improve from here on out! However, the only reason I won't give 1 star is that the staff are very kind!

The staff is very professional, they always seem to have the latest in technology, the billing is accurate and straight forward, and they are fast! Their Covid19 precautions felt safe to me, AND they always send me a fun birthday email😄

Dr. Ordelheide made my two girls feel right at ease. He was professional yet took time to explain what he was finding in language they could understand. We have nothing but positive input on Tietan Dental. The best way to sum it up -- Most of Mike's working career has been based in Montana. Due to the condition of his teeth, he has had a lot of work on them. Without exception, he drives back and forth from Montana (several hundred miles) for each visit because he will not go to any other Dentists besides Drs. Chad Ordelhiede and Dave Kellogg.
