The original appointment I had with this dentist went as planned. The dentist was able to shave some of my filling off so I didn’t have anymore pain. The problem is with my second appointment! The receptionist set my husband and I a appointment over the phone for the next available date which was over a month. Long story short I thought our appointment was at the same time because they only sent one reminder card but his was 1 hour earlier. I arrived 8 MINUTES late to my appointment ( I did try to call but the line was busy) I was greeted with he’s a hour late he’ll have to reschedule!! Which I completely understand that was my fault for not making a proper note but I’m not upset about that I’m mad about the way it was handled. I was honestly confused with the poor customer service that was displayed. And when it came to my appointment I was shut down quick as well. One person said well your late too, then told me to hold for a second and walked away. So I asked the receptionist did that mean I was still going be seen before she could give me a answer someone else from the back yelled “No she was late” There’s no way I would reschedule with this place. I understand late patients throw off their schedule but 8 minutes and my appointment canceled seems a little extreme!!! Especially since my first appointment I waited 20+ minutes in the waiting room after my appointment time. I guess it’s ok for them to run behind just not you. I’ll take my money + insurance elsewhere.

Dentists make me very nervous, but Lindsey (the hygienist) and both Dr. Skaff and Dr. Paterno have a friendly, kind presence that calms me. Both my husband and I come here for our dental needs, and we probably always will. Highly recommend these folks!
