Best staff ever! I was extremely nervous about my appointment yesterday, and I quickly realized there was no need. The team at TLC was spectacular! From the front desk, to the assistant, Autumn and of course Dr. Martino. They took all the time I needed to make me comfortable and make sure I was happy with the results. Dr. Martino even called me that evening to make sure I was doing ok. It was the royal treatment. I highly recommend TLC Dental for any/all of your dental needs!

I brought my 5 year old son here for a second opinion on how to correct a couple cavities after another local dentist wanted to put him under anesthesia at the hospital and slap thousands of dollars worth of bills on us.. and wow, they did not disappoint! Dr. Casey Currey is excellent with my son! She is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. All of the staff is so sweet, they truly make you feel like family. I honestly feel they do what is best for the patient. We are so very happy with his new dentist!

My experiences at TLC have been life changing. I ended up losing a tooth due to their failing to diagnose a crack in a tooth they repaired for a cavity. I went back to them three times because I was still experiencing pain after the initial cavity repair, but they told me all was well. I also allowed them to pull my wisdom tooth out which they did by leveraging off of surrounding teeth to a degree that shifted one of my other teeth out of place. They apologized and looked nervous at this point. I imagine they could've prevented these difficulties had they seen that the root had a hook shape on the x-ray, but they didn't. After my tooth had been shifted out of place and my bite was really off, I could barely speak without my back teeth slamming into each other. These issues were followed by a terrible constant headache. They "fixed" this problem by filing the tooth they leveraged out of place into a round shape that now ensures my teeth don't fit together when I bite down which is very unpleasant. A few months after this "repair" I experienced incredible pain in the tooth I had a cavity in. I went to another dentist while I was out of town and they told me that I had a cracked tooth that could've been saved had it been caught earlier.
I had a crown put in but my bite was never the same and I still experience pain in this tooth because it's still cracked. This is a temporary solution until the crack gets worse. Now I'm living with a horribly uneven bite and more and more bruxism which is probably due to this uneven bite that could've all been prevented if TLC dental had done their job right and diagnosed the issue in the first place. I've switched to a liquid diet because I can barely chew. I called TLC dental to tell them about their error and was met with an apathetic "sorry to hear that we'll let our staff know". I do not have money to repair my teeth, they are gradually getting worse, and the headaches from the grinding are unbearable.

Thanks for ruining my life, TLC dental.

TLC Dental is outstanding! They made my very anxious nephew quite comfortable. They explained everything uneasy to explain language. They were all very pleasant and down to earth. Its my go.to dentist for the whole extended family!!

Dr.Martino & Kat were amazing today, Very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure i knew i was in good hands! Thank you, i will continue coming here and bringing my family here! You guys are awesome.

I am very disappointed in TLC Dental. Both me and my child have had terrible experiences here. So lets start with me. I was on WV Works and granted money to get my teeth fixed for job purposes. They exhausted all of the money and since all of their dental work has fallen out. Now my son. He had some fillings placed and after was in more pain than to start with. I took him to another dentist where they explained that instead of doing the fillings separately the filled three teeth all across, not filling inbetween, and now he has to have every single one of them fixed. I feel like they have taken advantage of us being on medicaid and have done subpar work so we have to keep coming back. Thankfully my son has insurance and can get his fixed, but I however do not and have had to have several teeth pulled due to my fillings coming out. Dental work is so expensive and the most needed for people to be healthy and feel good about themselves. Do better TLC Dental!

I called yesterday to make my kids appointments, as new patients, and they actually got us in the next day (today)! Everyone was so wonderful! We love D!! She was phenomenal! She went above and beyond from the very beginning. She briefly got to know us , whatwe were there for, and we got to She know her. She made friends with my kids and gained their trust before starting. She took the time to show my kids every tool she was going to use, showed them how they work, and explained what every tool did. My daughter got a little nervous at one point and asked D if she could just have a minute. D immediately stopped and started talking about something else, she took my daughter’s attention off everything she was nervous about. She didn’t get annoyed with my daughter and she wasn’t pushy. With all D’s help and love she was able to complete her first cleaning and even got xrays! Highly recommended

Dr. Martino and the team at TLC Dental made me feel so comfortable during my visit. I was really worried about the crown procedure but they took every step to make me feel at ease and make sure I enjoyed my visit. Dr. Martino made sure to explain to me why the procedure was necessary and what he was doing each step of the way. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly environment and great care!

Very professional and welcoming environment. The staff is also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Brooke did a fantastic job with my cleaning and was very thorough. She and Dr. Currey were easy to talk to and made the experience very enjoyable. Their knowledge and professional care will keep me coming to TLC for years to come.

My first time here was today. My experience at TLC Dental was terrific. The family & associates were very professional friendly & lovely people. The doctors along with the staff. Takes away your anxiety. Replacing them with laughs & easy going conversations. They also work tremendously hard to give you that picture Kodak smile! That you deserve! Keep in mind with the insurance that TLC Dental offers. is not only helpful but affordable as well. With the insurance in the cost of service. Makes it easy to obtain the smile that everyone loves. I recommend TLC Dental with the highest regards. Do not hesitate, TLC dental is definitely the place for you!
