Came in worried that I’d need a root canal, Dr. Stowers was able to help and talked me through everything calmly and clearly. With all the dental work I’ve had previously I was nervous for more and he was able to keep me calm and did a great job with little to no pain to me.

This practice has been my source of dental care for 36 years now. The faces and names have changed and the practice has expanded a lot. I've never had a bad experience.

I’ve been going here for years. They are the best at making you feel comfortable. From the hygienist to the dentist, they are all very caring and knowledgeable individuals.

I recently had my teeth cleaned and was very happy with my visit. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Sorriso Dental is where I will continue to get all of my dental work done in the future.

Awesome Dentist! I had been looking for a place to receive Dental because I was having pain in my jaw, neck, and shoulders. I also didn’t have insurance and I found Sorriso’s dental much more fair and affordable than other Dental places here in Morgantown. They have a plan for an affordable price. It includes X-rays, discounts, two cleanings, and etc. They are very professional and accommodating. I was seen the same week I called about their program. As a person who gets anxiety going to the dentist they did a great job to reassure you and let you know what they will do step by step. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The absolute best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Immaculately clean facility. Attentive, thoughtful, well-spoken staff. I walked away feeling cared for and excited to start my dental care plan!
Ps. Krystal & Moriah are the best! So kind!

I have been going here for 20 plus years and have always had great care. They were very accommodating when I expressed concerns about sitting in the lobby with unmasked patrons… they roomed me as soon as I checked in. Krystal is an awesome dental hygienist and does a pain free flossing! Highly recommend!

I always have the best experience and everyone is so personable yet professional. LOVE our dental hygienist, Krystle, with her skills and know how, and how much we laugh, which is hard with your mouth wide open, haha! And Dr. B gives it to me straight with such poise and a sprinkle of needed humor. All the dentists know what they are doing. Couldn’t ask for a better dental practice!

I'll just note that this was the worst dental experience I've ever had... by far. I went there because my dental insurance had changed and she seemed to have good ratings. My first visit there, I didn't have sick leave because I had just started a new job. I conveyed that I was taking personal time to go see her. I was supposed to do a cleaning and have an appointment. They did the cleaning and then had me sitting in the dental chair for over an hour, because she wasn't ready. When I suggested (every 15 minutes) that I go to a close by coffee shop so that I can work and then they could call me when they thought she was about ready, they said that couldn't happen. After that hour, the staff (who are pretty nice) apologized and scheduled me for another time. So I came back a second time. The second time, she did a bunch of procedures, some of which I found later were unnecessary and extraneous that nearly maxed out my insurance. She didn't explain the procedures or the alternatives to those procedures--didn't explain that the insurance didn't cover them. I went home and the day after, my teeth started hurting (they hadn't hurt at all before the appointment at all). So I tried to set a follow up appointment to see what was going on. At that point, I've spent over $500 myself and the $1,000 of insurance is also nearly tapped out. They set up an appointment a week later. So my teeth were hurting for that week. The day of the appointment, they called me again to say she had a family emergency and had to reschedule. Everybody has emergencies so I don't begrudge her that, but then they set up my follow up appointment for one to two weeks later. My teeth continued to hurt during that time and when I went in that time, it became clear that I needed a root canal on the tooth she'd done the work on. On top of that, they were going to charge me for my follow up visit and I had to negotiate them not doing that (that would have made my root canal more expensive because it would have totally maxed out my insurance and I would have been charged out of network fees). Anyway, I had totally decided to put her and her office out of my mind, until I was reminded of her this week when I got the most passive aggressive letter saying that they were no longer accepting my insurance, but that I should pay more to come see her. In sum, I find her office to be greedy and her, unskilled and challenging. I would avoid her office and go to any number of other offices, including the Mon County Health Department or Dr. Dominic Raymond.

We have always had wonderful experiences here. We are very sad though to now have to look for a new dentist due to them not accepting our insurance anymore. All of the hygienist are amazing and have always been wonderful with our kids.
