Let me preface this review by saying that I rarely review anything unless it is warranted. If I could give this business a Z E R O, I would. My husband called this office prior to setting up any appointments to ask them if they accepted our dental insurance. They informed him that they did and he made his first appointment for 12/19/2019. He went to the appointment and then after the exam he made a follow up appointment for what they deemed he needed. Fast forward to the second appointment on 1/28/2020...he went to the office, received the work and after he was done, was notified that they did not accept our specific version of insurance. After asking the usual questions of why it took them until after the second visit to inform him of it, he asked what his full balance was and paid it. Lesson learned and he moved on. Then, in 3/2020 he got another bill from them. I called and spoke with the lady who handles the billing and insurance to inquire about the outstanding balance that we were under the assumption we had paid. After a few back and forth comments, she advised me that this office found out that the insurance was not going to pay them on 1/15/2020...13 days prior to the second visit. She could not provide any explanation as to why they did not notify my husband at that point that he was not covered. She was a really nasty lady, talked over me and hung up on me without a word. She would not work with me in any way to resolve this situation that was clearly mishandled on the business end. My husband liked the dental staff that he encountered, but their business practices are pathetic. So, to avoid a hit to our credit history (which is excellent) we will be paying this provider yet again for services that they knew were not covered before the services were rendered.

Every member of the staff was super nice. I was in and out very quickly. Any questions I had were answered quickly even when they had to contact my insurance company. I'd recommend anyone I know for their services
