When I approached Forest View Dental I was a terrible pain from a failed root canal performed by a different dentist. Forest View and team got me in immediately at 7:30 am. I needed them badly and they came through. For that I will be forever grateful.
Dr. Madson is WONDERFUL. She's intelligent and professional. My case was tricky and she took the time to listen and answer all questions. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She's does good work inside and outside of your mouth. She'll go the extra (s)mile for you.
The hygienists and assistants are kind, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. The front end staff are polite, welcoming and helpful.

Dr Keith was so gentle with my mom, as she is 95 years old. He was very persistent on finding out why her tooth was hurting her while chewing on one side, and consistently asked her how she was doing while he checked different things out.
He fixed her problem and she is very happy now.
A+ for Dr. Keith for his patience, compassion and caring for his patient!!

The Work that they perform is great. the estimates and billing . well expect to get a quote for one price and a bill for hundreds more and what's there answer that's just how it is..... went in for a 300$ procedure came out with 1300$ bill all i get just pay it. I never authorized this out source 3rd party and it wasn't even in my treatment plan. Also had a root canal done there had to have it fixed 2 times.

I had terrible excruciating tooth pain so I made the call to set up an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in right away! Even though Dr Stacy Madson only had 30 min available for me, she still told the scheduler to put me down because she was genuinely concerned about the amount of pain I was in, that showed me right then and there that these people actually CARE! I came in and was immediately greeted and welcomed, they even take you back to a private room to explain the paperwork and what you’ll be signing which is awesome because usually Dental offices just give you paperwork and tell you to fill it out and sign it. The ladies that helped me in the front were the nicest women ever! I was then taken back for my appointment and immediately Dr Stacy Madson checked out my teeth, pin pointed where my terrible tooth pain was coming from, and even though she ran out of time and had her next patient come in already, she got started on my root canal that same day anyways just so I wouldn’t have to go through the weekend suffering in excruciating pain. We took a little break so she could tend to her other appointment as well, she didn’t keep them waiting! If that isn’t dedication and excellent patient care then I don’t know what is! This is the kind of example that every Dental office should follow. I felt welcomed, cared for and was extremely satisfied with my entire experience. Thank you all at Forest View Dental for being amazing!

My first visit with Forest view was roughly 3 years ago. My first appointment was a consultation to ensure they would be a good fit. I had severe anxiety and fear of dentistry due to past experiences. After several other appointments with various dentists that didn’t work out, I seen high recommendations for Dr. Tom LaSelle with Forest view and decided to give it a go. From the beginning the staff here has worked through this anxiety of mine through comfort items, the ability to use sedation options, overall being so patient with me. The hygienists are all incredible and knowledgeable with solutions on maintenance once my dental work was finally caught up. Words can’t express how outstanding Dr. Tom is. I’ve never had a bad experience with the dental work he has done and he will take every precaution to make sure i don’t feel any pain, and that i understand what’s going on as far as any work that does need to be done. I once feared just the sound of the tools being turned on and now i feel confident every time i walk in. And at the end of every appointment i see the lovely ladies at the front desk and don’t hesitate rescheduling my next appointment. Hands down this is the best dental facility in the Fox Valley area!

I recently had a dental emergency and they got me in the same morning that I called. I now live an hour away, yet I will always make the drive to be treated by this team. Affordable, yet trustworthy.
