Parc Village Dental

Came to Dr. Nelson from a recommendation after having 2 differing treatment plans for my 6 year old. Went to her normal Dentist who said all was good last time, to needing a lot of work this time. I didn’t feel comfortable with that so I asked my Dentist who gave me a totally different answer. Dr. Nelson was quick in his determination and it made a lot more sense than the other opinions we received. Not only that, but he took the time to do the work while we were in his office, saving us another trip. Cortney was patient with my daughter in getting her in the chair and explained things well. She assisted Dr. Nelson quickly and efficiently while making the whole visit very comfortable. Needless to say, my 6 year old has a new Dentist!

Dr. Hein and team have ALWAYS given top notch dental care! I have never had a bad experience. The team works well together, is very conscientious about sterile fields and supportive of my decisions that are ruled by my budget. They help me find a workable plan of action on my personal dental needs. I have been a loyal and happy client since 1992. My whole family is very happy with them, as well. I have referred many people to Dr. Hein and associates because they use state of the art technology and the needs and wishes of their clients are respected and honored where the situation allows.

This was the first time we brought our two year old daughter in to see Dr. Nelson and did not fully know what to expect at her age. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with and we were able to do majority of the paperwork beforehand online and over the phone, which made everything go smoothly once we got to the office, which is great when bringing a two year old. Dr. Nelson was great with our daughter and made it quick and painless. He easily explained what to expect going forward and we are happy to continue to take our daughter to Parc Village Dental.

Not only are these dentists skilled, they are truly the kindest people in Green Bay. Their staff -both medical and office - is warm, concerned, knowledgable, and always treat patients with patience! If the system allowed, I would award them millions of stars! Knowing what all medical folks have gone through recently, I thank them from the bottom of my heart! They're amazing.

The Registered Dental Hygienist Debbie was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and her observations. She offered some helpful information on sensitivity. Dr. Hein was the same when he came in for a check.

I have been going to Dr. Hein for several years. His friendly and professional staff have always taken extremely good care of me. Dr. Hein has provided me with exceptional service. This time I took my wife there for an initial consultation with Dr. Nelson. She was very impressed with the exam which was very detailed. She liked that he spent the time to explain and answer all her questions. We both look forward to our continued relationship with Parc Village Dental.

I have been a patient here for over 10 years. The staff is top notch. Very detail oriented. The doctors always have the latest equipment and techniques to keep patients comfortable. Staff treats you like you are the only patient in the practice. On one occasion Dr came in on the weekend when he was not feeling well to take care of my husband's broken tooth. Lovely lovely people!!!

I was impressed that Dr. Nelson diagnosed a cavity and filled it right on the spot! That has never been my experience before in a dental office.
