Dr. Cochrane provides excellent dental care. I was relieved to be scheduled same day when a dental issue occurred. The issue was promptly resolved, Dr Cochrane and the Dental Assistant were so friendly, kind and proficient. The front desk staff were also welcoming. I left with a smile on my face.

Had my first appointment today at River Town Dental, and the whole staff was very warm, made sure to welcome me to the practice, and everyone showed a genuine interest in my care. They were incredibly thorough and took the time to stop and answer my questions, even after a full day of appointments. They offer amenities to make your experience more comfortable. They were happy to make recommendations for future care but were not at all pushy. Overall very pleasant experience.

If you're looking for a great dental office this is the place to go! Abby is the Hygienist that I've seen for my last two visits and she's super nice and gentle at doing cleanings. I have nothing but positive to say about the Dentists I've seen in the La Crosse office. Dr. Moseng and Cochran are both excellent Dentists that I've seen there. The front desk is also staffed by very nice people! You really can't have a bad experience here, especially if you're afraid of having a bad experience with pain/uncomfortable situations. You can ask for a warm blanket or aromatherapy for extra comfort during your appointment too.

Every person I encountered was super friendly and personable. Definitely made me feel more comfortable. My options and suggested procedures/costs were explained to me in full before I left the office. Like many others, I do not have affordable access to health/dental insurance and their benefit plan offered a solution for the necessary treatment plan. I also appreciate their effort to make you feel comfortable such as suggesting to bring your headphones, blanket, and using essential oils.
