This was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. A complimentary mug, La crowd, warm face towel, neck pillow and super personable and friendly staff were just some of the aspects that made it enjoyable and most of all comfortable. They were very updated on knowledge, good at listening, and modernized with their equipment. They were through and listened well also. The new staff member at the front desk was super helpful and nice as well as the other individual assisting. Everything went smoothly signing up and transferring things from my previous provider plus getting my insurance set up. I love having clean teeth and I’m excited to go back! I will say it was for an initial visit and cleaning. It took a while but I enjoyed being there and meeting the staff. Definitely would recommend!

I came to Rivertown for the first time two days ago and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was impressed with their "complementary care menu". This office would be great for any patients with potential anxiety around dental work. I was given a new patient gift at the end (a 16oz Carter Move Mug + Splash Guard).
Sally was the one who cleaned my teeth and took the x-rays and she was awesome with explaining everything she was doing. I'm very glad I chose Rivertown!!

5 stars!! I needed an emergency dental repair and Rivertown Dental was top notch from start to finish! Everybody I spoke with was kind/compassionate and informative. They're technology is state of the art! I needed a crown put on and they were able to make it same day, which eliminated having to return for additional appointments! Seriously the best place, hands down!

I have been consistently impressed with the staff from receptionist to the dentists. I have never been uncomfortable while in the dentist chair here. Dr. Cochrane’s technique is amazing. Every time I’ve needed a numbing injection, which is usually the most painful part for me, I can hardly feel a thing. 110% recommend!!!

I needed an emergency root canal done and they were able to accommodate my needs that same day. Without them I would still be in pain. All the staffing was so kind and really took the time to ensure I was comfortable. I will definitely be going back.

Front staff was awesome with my 3yo as well as the hygienist and the dentist!! Everyone wanted her to feel calm and welcome and it made for an excited 3yo who can’t wait to go back to the dentist!

The best dental experience that either I or my wife have had. We drive over an hour to get to the La Crosse office and were very excited to hear of the Viroqua office opening up. We recommend this office to any who ask about our dentist, and we hope the office continues to have success and growth!

Saw my 2 year old and went amazing!! They were helpful and friendly when we walked in. They showed her everything and let her touch/play with everything quickly before doing anything. They gave her time and didn’t push when she started to get scared/antsy. Very much exceeded my expectations!!

Dental done right! Quick, easy, and pain free! The front desk staff are rockstars, working with my schedule to make later afternoon appointments to fit my work schedule. Hygienists and assistants are fun and make everything go so smoothly. Doctors are friendly and skilled, they did 3 fillings in less than a half hour and are holding up great with no pain or sensitivity! Thanks RTD!

My wife went to this facility. She missed one appointment and ended up paying no show fee of $50 which was reasonable as she missed without reason. Second time she was sick so she didnot want to make river dental team sick and she didnot come to appointment and they still charged even after she explained it. They will just try to get money through any means no matter what is reason. Be careful going there. Although she didnot show up for the sake of not spreading sickness, they still charged. They don’t care what you are going through. They care for only money. You have to know 24 hrs before you get sick to avoid that charge. Superb.
