Aspen Dental

Amazing! I have always been afraid of dentists. 25 years ago it became a terror of dentists. Well, I have found a dentist who ha changed all that. Yesterday my emergency visit to Aspen Dental in Oshkosh began with me trembling in fear. I’m no longer afraid of one dentist. My dentist from Aspen Dental in Oshkosh. He is amazing. He even called to check on me last night after having an extraction. Everyone there was nothing I have ever experienced at a dental office, kind, supportive, informative- just the BEST! Plus, it was far less expensive than I expected, I mean literally 1/10 of what I expected to pay! I’m telling all my family and friends to go to Aspen Dental. You will be so very happy if you do too.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had, Dr Shultz made sure my mouth was very numb before extracting my problem tooth. It was as easy at 1-2-3, Cara was a good assistant. All staff I had interactions with my as very nice and friendly. Dr Schultz even called later that evening to see how I was doing. I’d recommend this location and staff to anyone looking to have dental work, especially if you don’t do so good with dentists. They were very patient and did a great job easing my fears and anxieties.

Dr. Schulz and his assistants were very welcoming and efficient. They did a thorough examination of my teeth informing me of which problems should be addressed and what could wait until a later time. There were no unanticipated costs and they have someone to go over financial options before anything is done. When performing any procedure they ensure that you are well educated on what they are doing and why. You can tell they care about making their patients comfortable and I will definitely be back again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible visit to Aspen Dental. They treated me very kindly, listened to what I felt were my issues, provided a clear plan of care and cost. Everyone on the Aspen team gets a thumbs up!

Very disappointing!
The dentist, Dr. Schulz, is wonderful and I would highly recommend him.
But the business is run like a factory and it is apparently there to push sales. I had more xrays at this one visit than I had had in the last five years combined. And didn't even get my teeth cleaned (!) but was told I needed a separate appointment (and more money) for that. At the end of my exam I was ushered in to the business office and given a price list for procedures they could do "for me. "

I’m an existing patient who can’t even get in for an emergency extract for 4 weeks. But new patients can be seen the very next day for Emergency dental? How does that make sense.
Got scheduled and turned away because the people over the phone scheduled me wrong.

I am so very pleased with my dental work that I had done at Aspen Dental. The whole staff are so very nice and Dr.Schulz told me I would have no discomfort and I didn't. I don't hesitate going to the dentist now,

I recently experienced Aspen Dental for the first time, but definately not last.
The ladies that did my xrays were so kind and aware of my sensitivity issues. They were knowledgeable of ways to accommodate my needs.
From Xrays I went into an exam room. The attention to detail and cleanliness is worth writing home. I was kept informed of every single thing that was happening. I felt like I was speaking with family. A student was present to perform a few of the procedures, she did a wonderful job and was encouraged so positively by the employees.
The hygienist gave me such an education on my condition (Sjögrens). I learned so much and am so appreciative for that.
I met the dentist and was so impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. I have the basic white coat syndrome, yet was so comfortable with the dentist. He was so thorough in my exam and explanation of possibilities for treatment. I felt very confident in the decision I made for my treatment.
I highly recommend Aspen Dental if you are need of treatment. No judgements. Understanding people.

Dr. Schultz is awesome. He is truly a great dentist. To bad that the billing staff can't handle their jobs. Every time I've gone to Aspen Dental, I have an issue where they don't submit the bills correctly to my insurance company and/or don't know how to apply the secondary discount program I have,. For 4 months I have been fighting with the billing department to get them to apply the insurance company's provider discount to my bill. I love Dr. Schultz and the dental staff are also great, but because of the issues getting my bill straightened out, I highly doubt I'll ever step foot in another Aspen Dental Practice. I'm sick of fighting .

This establishment is 100% on point from start to finish. There staff makes you feel very comfortable and have great energy. They let me know everything I needed to know about my Dental assessment. The financial assessor is extremely helpful and she offered me several different options in payment plans so I can get things started ASAP. Thank you again for the hospitality, every Dentist should be this helpful - J C
