Dr. Schultz is the most caring dentist I have ever met. He legit cares about his patients. Literally never felt more comfortable in my life in a dentist office. If I could give more stars, I would. Their entire staff is phenomenal. Hands down the best dental office in Oshkosh.

I made an appointment online and said for a broken tooth causing pain but being a new patient they did exam and X-rays and did not pull the tooth that I had gone there for and now I get to wait another week and a half with the tooth pain. Don’t get me wrong the staff is nice and everything but I really wanted the tooth pulled and that didn’t happen. I would recommend but not for a new patient with a bad tooth ace.

Super nice caring staff! DDS Schulz was very honest and informative he was willing to stay late to take care of my dental needs to make sure I didn’t have to sufferer with another night of tooth pain. Even personally called me to make sure everything was going well. Best price’s most importantly best level of care. Used the wrong credit card. Went back an hour later and Alex at the front Desk helped me bill it to a different card and then credited the card I incorrectly used. Very pleasant and professional. Way to go Alex!

Worst dental office I've ever been too. A lady named jade that is the manager was incredibly rude, when I told her I was going to have my work done at a specialist(which the dentist recommended) she became very upset. When I wanted schedule the other work I needed done there she told me I couldn't afford with out me even saying if I could or couldn't which I could and can and refused to schedule me. Then today I cracked a tooth and had to go in immediately to get it fixed thank god it wasn't jade on the phone( in retrospect I wish it was so I didn't go there) so i was able to get in. The dentist told me there was nothing wrong and no reason for the pain, I said so it's not possible for this large crack on my tooth to cause sensitively to cold or heat considering its cold out and I'm breathing through my mouth because my nose is stuffed up. He responded and I quote that it isn't scientifically possible. The look on the dental assistants face said it all she was clearly shocked that the dentist was lying to my face and refusing to treat me for what reason I can only guess. I'm assuming that I'm not a person to them and deserve to be in a lot of pain and not get the medical treatment I require.
