I called Dr. Gerald Walczak's office December 29, 2022 and they were able to get my daughter in on January 3, 2023 for an appointment. Dr. Gerald Walczak was great. The procedure didn't take long at all and all the staff was very friendly and helpful! Dr. Gerald Walczak even called me at 8pm that evening to check to see how my daughter was doing. Highly recommend! Amazing!!

I arrived for my 1.5 month olds tongue and lip tie revision with him and my almost 2 year old in tow. Unbeknownst to me, my toddler had thrown up in the carseat on the drive there (we live an hour away). Upon arriving and finding this, i asked the receptionist if we could use the bathroom so I could clean my toddler up. At this point, my infant was screaming and crying in his carseat while in the bathroom as I cleaned up my toddler. After a very stressful 10 or so minutes, we finished in the bathroon, with my infant still screaming. The workers all offered console and one asked if she could hold my infant to help calm him while i filled out paperwork. This was sooo welcomed! When reaching for the paperwork, I got a papercut (because why not?). They got me a bandaid voluntarily. They let me put the carseat and diaper bag and pretty much everything i own that goes with me everywhere with 2 under 2 in a separate room so we could be in the dental room without all the clutter. While completing the release on my infant (which im told takes all of 2 minutes), they let me go clean the vomity carseat that was still in my car of my toddlers. When i got back, my babys frenectomy was finished and a staff member was holding and rocking him, who had fallen asleep soundly on her shoulder. As we were leaving and I had just strapped my infant into his carrier, my newly potty trained toddler told me she had to go potty. Rather than lug him back into the bathroom, a staff member asked if she could rock him in the carseat while I took my toddler. . . They were all so amazing!!! This was my first time out with my 2 under 2 without my husband and one hiccup after the other, they helped me with graciously!! All were so kind and loving. Im so thankful to them. Genuine customer care is lacking nearly everywhere, but at center for dentistry, I truly (non cliche) felt like family.

I have only had one appointment here for a consult, but I already have the best first impression. The staff is extremely friendly and thorough. I was nervous to start orthodontic work as an adult, but I felt very welcomed and am excited to start my smile journey with this team!

We brought my 3 week old daughter in for a lip and tongue tie evaluation. The doctor determined she had both an upper lip tie and a tongue tie and released both. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and the entire appointment only took 30 minutes. They let me nurse her right after in a private cozy room. I also very much appreciated the option to fill out all the paperwork online beforehand so the appointment went even quicker. I would highly recommend Dr Walczak and his staff to anyone! They were all so very friendly and professional.

Hands down the best dental service I've ever received. The staff was friendly from the first point of scheduling the appointment on the phone, to seeing Jessica & Dr. Walczak.
Jessica was very gentle in her work and her mannerisms. She was very friendly and made the entire situation a extremely comfortable one.
Dr. Walczak was both kind and funny. He took the time to go over the records, discuss treatment plans an listen to my concerns.

Dr. W is a wonderful man. He's pleasant, gentle, and reassuring. He genuinely seems to love what he does. He answered all my questions, explained precisely what he was going to do and how to do the after care, and didn't make me feel apprehensive at all. He took care of my infants tongue and lip tie in about three minutes. Not only is he great, his office is gorgeous and cozy, the staff are cheerful and easy to talk to. Lori helped me so much before the appointment with insurance stuff. I cannot recommend this office and doctor enough. 3 wk update: I was worried that my child wasn't healing right and he encouraged me (through text message!!) to come in so he can look. The office squeezed me in when we were in Steven's Point. Everything was fine but they were so accommodating! I wish I was closer so they could be my primary dental office!!!

I am a young professional who moved to the area about 10 years ago for college and never left. Like many, I had a childhood dentist but had begrudgingly drug my feet to find a dentist in my new home of Point. I couldn't be happier with my experience at the Center for Dentistry. Renee was an outstanding dental hygienist who made me feel at ease about trying a new dentist and my dental care. I actually am looking forward to my next visit based on how great the first visit went. They were clear and straightforward about prices, which is sometimes a frustration in the healthcare world -- I felt they were very transparent and honest, plus very reasonable. The office was clean and professional while everyone I interacted with was friendly and kind. I can't recommend the Center for Dentistry enough! If you're looking for a new place to help with your dental care, don't wait another day to contact them!
