Point Place Dental

I have had one cleaning and a filling so far. My first cleaning in 4 years and it went great. I needed one filling that I had earlier this morning and other than my face being numb, it was less uncomfortable than cleanings I’ve had in the past at other dental locations. Great people super friendly and always let you know exactly what’s gonna happen. Even the shot to the gums wasn’t uncomfortable for more than 5 seconds. I would absolutely recommend Point Place Dental.

Point Place Dental, was a great experience. I unfortunately have high anxiety with providers now as I didn't have a good experience with previous provider involving a crown. Dr. Synder was super nice and so was they hygienist. They listened to me and made sure I was comfortable and couldn't feel a thing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

First time patient and I have had a great experience with this place. Not only is it clean and welcoming , Dr. Alison and her assistant are great people to work with. They are friendly and get the job done efficiently ,and I've seen all types and ages of people come through while I've been at my appointments and they are great with kids too . I will be going back for years to come. Thanks you !!!

My visit was very comfortable. The hygienist was very professional and thorough. She explained everything she found, took x-rays, and shared her finding with the dentist and me. The dentist explained the different treatment plans for each procedure and did a thorough examination. It was a very pleasant experience and since I'm don't like going to the dentist that is saying a lot.

Excellent experience! I've been to a lot of bad dentists. Here, everyone was friendly and professional. Things like the X-rays, cleaning, fillings, etc, were done without any pain! I will be going back for as long as I live in the area.

The care given to myself and our family is excellent. Their willingness to work with our insurance Company on payment for a procedure was amazing. Point Place Dental is a wonderful operation in our community. So, if you give them a chance to work on any members of your family. You'll be glad that you did and you can rest Knowing you received the best Dental Care in our community.

I just left an appointment after having been shamed by multiple personnel at the office. A doctor who dismissed me, then passed me off to another dentist, and referred me to a different dentist. If the doctor wasn't "really" a specialist in a procedure that would have been helpful to know. I was refused premedication, and deliberately SHAMED by the hygienist who TOLD ME the office was talking about me- clearly behind my back!!!! Interpersonal violence is harmful once but from multiple people in one visit is reprehensible. Crying in the chair from physical discomfort is to be expected at a dental appointment but not from overt shaming by multiple personnel.

My 2 year old son had his second dentist appointment here and we had the best experience. The hygienist was SO patient and kind, explained all the tools to him, and showed him everything she was going to do before doing it. Dr. Kutzler was equally kind and patient, and he was sad the next day that we weren’t going back to the dentist again. The staff here is fantastic, the facility is neat and clean, and I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here.

Adrian is the best hygienist!!! Always so friendly and calming and such a wonderful part of the team. Also love Dr Kutzler!! Always such a pleasure to visit these 2!

I was not sure how different my experience would be going to the dentist during Covid-19, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very efficient at getting all the necessary screening done and my cleaning went well. Roxanne, my hygienist, was just as friendly as she always is. I was in and out in just over half an hour.
