Wonderful experience! Everyone there is very friendly, courteous and professional. They make you feel welcome and comfortable the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Kyle worked on my teeth, he is the 1st dentist I’ve been to in a few years because my last dentist left the state. I liked her too, she & Dr. Kyle are the only 2 dentists I have ever been to in my life (I’m in my 50’s!) that use numbing gel BEFORE using the needle to numb the area they need to work on-makes it wonderfully pain free! I have had some horrible experiences with dentists in the past so I was nervous when I arrived, but was quickly relieved once I met Dr. Kyle, he’s great! Very warm, friendly, easy to talk to, has a good sense of humor, is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained my situation, what my options were and which he thought would be the best choice, especially long-term. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the action plan I chose. I also like that they contact your insurance to find out what the procedures will cost while you’re there so you know up front and can decide right away if you want to, which I did. After that Dr. Kyle took care of the 1st procedure in my plan and it was not only painless, it was over before I knew it! I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice!

Super rude reception. I was a first timer, walk in (their website says walk-ins welcome) and I was quickly dismissed and told "just because You walked in doesn't mean anything." MAJOR attitude for no reason. I didn't expect to be in that same day, I was in pain and needed an appointment. But anyways I had left right away because if the receptionist is rude then what's the dentist like?? Well, thank goodness for that super rude receptionist because I ended up finding a spectacular, affordable, super nice and super welcoming dental office, literally right around the corner, that is Midwest Dental of Watertown. I suggest you go there instead. Even though they were busy just like Family practice, they with open arms got me a room and I was in and out in no time flat! And affordable did I mention that? Don't waist your time here.

Dr. Will and his entire team are nothing short of AMAZING!! I have been going to this clinic ever since I was little. I just finished my ClearCorrect with them after 18 weeks, and I cannot believe how amazing my teeth look, especially with such a difficult cross bite!! They always treat you as if you were their family. I have never had a bad experience!

Very pleasant experience considering the circumstances! Dentist visits suck but they made it as comfortable as possible and genuinely were concerned about my comfort level during my procedure! Also the dentist got the work done very fast!
