I have been coming here for 21 years and I LOVE it. Shame on me for not writing a review sooner. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is all so friendly and personable as well as helpful and knowledgeable. They don't berate you are rag on you for your dental mistakes, they just encourage and offer assistance in the areas that could use correction. They calm your anxiety and explain everything they are doing as they do it. Cierra at the front desk is the most friendly face to walk in to. Thank you for all you do! If you've been looking for a new dental office, this is the one.

Office staff is professional and assistant was the best ever. But they've never sent a billing statement and now threaten collections. How can I pay a bill I never received?Their new dentist did some fillings written up by Dr. Davidson. Tooth was to be 3 surfaces. Dr. Taci removed the old filling, told me after she did it, then counted it as 4 surfaces and charged me $200 more than the financial plan. I won't be back.

The professionalism, care for their community, and comfort that was shown today was so refreshing. This was my first time going to Advanced Family Dental and we already booked future appointments for the rest of our family. I went in there for pain in a tooth and the doctor and staff handled it with such class. I felt no pain through the procedure. My 3 year old son was sitting in the room while I got my tooth fixed. He was able to see how smooth it went and wants to go back and get his teeth looked at. Their facility was immaculate and comfortable. Casper is lucky to have this facility.

For me personally, any time I get into the dental chair, at Advanced Family DentaI don’t want to get out of it. Whether I am getting my teeth cleaned or simply taking a nap over lunch, the place almost feels like a cradle to me. I get to lie back, relax, and let go of life’s concerns for a little bit. I love all the views out of every window, its like visiting the rolling hills in Ireland.
Peculiar as it may be, I enjoy having my teeth scaled. Getting my teeth cleaned reminds me of going to the zoo and seeing the monkeys picking bugs out of one another’s fur. It feels great to know that my dental care is being provided by someone who genuinely cares about my well-being.

We had five appointments today for cleaning and x-rays. They scheduled appointments quickly and started on time once we arrived. All five of us had good experiences with our hygienists. Mine was especially conscientious and even fixed a problem that was left over from some old orthodontic work I had had.
The waiting room was comfortable. Because of the recent hot weather, office A/C was a bit cold, so the staff offered us blankets in case it was uncomfortable.
Overall, we were impressed and plan to make this our family dentist for the foreseeable future.

I had such a wonderful experience! It had been 20 years since I had seen a dentist because I am of the generation that is afraid of the dentist. Technology certainly has come a long way since then. I had a great experience. The dental hygienist was exceptional! She was very thorough & explained all the procedures.
Dr. Steve Dacus answered all my questions. When it was time to get cavities filled he did so expertly and with great care. I’m usually pretty anxious when visiting the dentist, but the staff here is very kind and made it stress free. I would recommend the office to all my friends & family!
