First off, it didn't take long to get me in. I could have had my appointment after a couple days if it wasn't for work. I went in with the worst anxiety and they were all very kind and gracious. I felt completely at ease. Each person I dealt with communicated every part of the process to me including cost and payment possibilities. They talked about all my options each step of the way. I will definitly go back and recommend them to others.

What can I say?? Dr. Porter is not just a great dentist, he is also a great man! I don't have any words to say how much I appreciate what he has done for me!! All I can say is he is a very generous, understanding human, he is an angel! Thank you all at Big Horn Dental, you are all great and very, very nice! This is an awesome place to have dental work done....more natural...they don't put all that foreign stuff into your mouth.
The staff is absolutely second to none, especially Marcella, she can't be beat. They all make you feel like you are more than a number.
The only problem I see is the cost. It is absolutely like daylight robbery....I still can't imagine that it has to cost as much as it did to repair my wife's and my teeth. With that being said:
If you can afford it I would recommend Synergy Dental Center.

I live in a small town in North Dakota and the dentists there are awful. After spending the last three years fighting just to be seen -let alone have work done- I was finished. My husband visits Synergy whenever he is scheduled to work in Wyoming and always has positive things to say. I thought he was making it up until I visited them. From start to finish, they take their time. You do not feel like a number. They are very attentive and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. After our terrible experiences in Minot, they were a breath of fresh air. If you’re on the fence about visiting, don’t be. Synergy has great staff, great service, and honestly it was the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had.

So thankful for Dr. Porter and staff! First off, they are AMAZING with kids… putting us all at ease. They are patient and thorough. I was told by one doctor that a veneer needed to be replaced, but Dr. Porter and staff said it was still solid! So thankful they saved me a ton of money.

I happened to be in Gillette for the week when my permanent retainer came off.I called around and this office was the only one that agreed to repair it. I decided to remove it all together and order a pair of retainers to wear at night, along with removing the top bonded wire. I felt that they were generous with their time, but they did a super thorough yet quick job. And I think they gave me a good deal for doing all of this especially without being a patient of theirs. They also got me in within a day. Dr. Porter and the hygienists were really friendly and attentive, they took the mold & my retainers were ready in just a few hours to pick up. Now I won’t have to worry about my permanent retainers breaking since I travel a lot and I got a really quality night guard out of it !! I’m so happy I called this office

Have been to see Dr. Porter and his staff 3 times now! It is a 150 mile drive for us presently, but well worth that small sacrifice when you understand the benefits of true, biologic dentistry! I have met the entire staff, and worked with almost half of them in one capacity or another. They are like family to us now! Care is detailed and thorough, and always completely explained! Check them out! I can guarantee you won't be disappointed! It will be a giant step in improving your dental and overall health!
