The best dental office I've ever experienced. The staff from the front to the back are all very cordial, welcoming, and thorough. Being new to the area, I've come here for new patient dental services and migraine treatments all within the past couple months. They send text reminders for appointments, online links for form completions, and they close the treatment loop with follow-up calls regarding your treatment. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I broke a tooth 3 days before my wedding. Laramie Dental Arts got me in, provided a temporary fix so that I can go on my honeymoon, and provided me with a timeline for the rest of the repairs. I also have severe dental anxiety, and Dr Graney and her dental assistant Caleb, were so helpful and kind. They did everything they could to put me at ease. I live in Casper, but recently switched to Laramie Dental Arts after experiencing inconsistent care in Casper for years. Let me tell you - this dental office has changed the way I view dental care. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to assistants, to the doctors, the care is out of this world incredible. Special shout out to Bethany who was brilliant with patient interaction and care, Madelienne who will always bring a smile to your face and always does an excellent job, and Dr. Graney who is the first dentist I’ve ever had that makes visiting the dentist fun! Love love love this office!

As always, I was welcomed with a smile and professionalism. Wait time was minimal. The new-to-me hygienist initiated light conversation while setting up. The individual at the check out window was genuine in acknowledging the pause after getting off the phone with another patient.

Honestly I really want to rate them super low because I’m upset and I’m pain, but that wouldn’t be fair. They worked really hard to get me in early (two days early) for a chipped tooth. At the same time, while they saw me quickly, it was also just a 5 minute appointment to go “yup, chipped tooth, gonna need to schedule a different day because it’ll take a while to fix.”
I can’t eat, drinking is painful, sleeping is difficult, and now I have to wait another week to actually get it fixed. Not their fault, and like I said, they worked hard to get me in early for the initial appointment, but I’m still upset and in pain and wish they had less of a wait time.
Update: once again, they worked super hard to get me in earlier when there was the opportunity. ^_^ they got me in, and now my poor mouth is very numb but no longer in pain! Here’s hoping everything goes well once the numbing wears off!

All went well on 12/8/22. Dr. Welper extracted a tooth for which a crown had fallen off. No use to recrown it since I will be fitting for partials soon. Will be fitting the missing tooth within impressions to be taken on 1/12/22. Staff treated me well. Thanks!
