The staff is super friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure my kids are happy and feel safe and secure. They have tv's, toys, prizes, stickers, balloons, everything you would possibly need to make children happy to see the dentist.

Dr. Bailey and his wife went above and beyond to treat my son. My son had a very bad sledding accident on Saturday and they opened their office to repair the injury my son sustained in his accident. They are wonderful!

I have been taking my son to a pediatric dental practice in Billings, Montana since he was three years old. Most of his MANY appointments there ended with both my son and myself in tears (me in the car after the appointment). When I heard about Dr. Bailey and Big Horn Pediatric Dentistry, I was hopeful that we would have a better experience there. My son had EXTREME anxiety about going and at our first appointment, I knew that my prayers had been answered. No more crying in the car on the way home for me! Everyone at Big Horn Pediatric Dentistry is wonderful! Last Friday, my son was seen at the surgical center and had five teeth pulled, all total thirteen teeth worked on. Dr. Bailey was magical with Michael. He treated Michael with such respect and took the time to explain everything to him, making him the most important person in the room. Michael had no pain or complications following the surgery and after a nice long nap, was up eating mac-n-cheese for dinner. I am so grateful and look forward to our next appointment. I am confident that because of Dr. Bailey and the staff, Michael is going to overcome his fear and anxiety of going to the dentist and his smile will be healthy and happy!
