From the reception to the dental hygienists and dentist, they are informative, kind, understanding, an absolutely wonderful with kids. I experienced exactly the opposite when I was a child, so it’s very important to me for my children to not be afraid of the dentist and have good dental hygiene. This office is perfect for kids! One of my daughters needed extensive work done. I opted for sedation, which added time onto our office visit. We were there about 2 hours, and my two other children (oldest is 7, youngest is 3) loved the waiting room. All office staff that I met were very kind, cheerful and helpful. Dr. Bailey kept me informed of what to expect and how she did. The whole office felt comfortable and inviting. If you are considering taking your children to Dr. Bailey, I highly recommend it.

This is the best pediatric dentist's office we've ever been! The staff is friendly, nice, reassuring, and makes you feel comfortable despite how nervous, upset, or combative your child might be. Dr. Bailey is kind and comfortable working with children who are very nervous and scared. Really appreciated the time he took to ask questions, hear concerns, and provide info. Was also very impressed with a very child friendly and welcome atmosphere!

We had a great appointment. This was the third time we’ve been to Dr. Bailey and he’s always amazing. His staff is very friendly and always willing to help. My youngest had to be put under for her teeth and I was more than freaked out. The Doctor, techs and Mr. Sexton did everything in their power to explain things to me and calmed my nerves. My little guy has lots of energy and is curious. Both Dr. Bailey and all the hygienists were so patient and kind. They let him hold the mirror, sit in my lap, and look at all the tools. They are efficient because this day I also brought two of my older kids for a checkup. It is so nice for my kids to be so excited to visit the dentist! we love Dr. Bailey and his expertise in pediatric care. We love that we are always welcome with big smiles at the front door and every time you meet a Nother person in the office. His dental hygienists I feel are very particularly picked for the children that come into his office I have never came in contact with one that did not work well with children. Which I am forever grateful for as so often the dentist is not a fun place to go. My children have never not wanted to go back. We always have a good experience I am so thankful for all the staff.

I was amazed with the care my son received. We felt so welcome. From the first encounter checking in, to the tour meeting all the hygienists, to the welcoming doctor, and paying our bill at the end of the appointment, everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love how this practice is all about the kids. We are lucky to have a pediatric dentist in Sheridan. I have no question that my child will receive excellent care at subsequent appointments.

The doctor and his staff makes my kids soo secure, and happy. They make the whole visit smooth and easy. The waiting room is a safari-type with animals from the darkest Africa. The doctor is very professional and to the point, with a smile and a joke.
