I’m super sad because I like Dr. Summerford. I have been a patient for many years and was told this last time that it was now $25 to reschedule an appointment within 24 hours. I have 3 small children and a last second issue with child care. Unfortunately, that is now how you should treat patients and it looks like a desperate money grab. Anyone with a busy life knows that cleanings are scheduled months in advance and life issues can change in a second. I will be finding a new dentist.
