I’d give 0 stars from the amount of embarrassment and lack of professionalism I got going there. Dentist was highly unprofessional, rude, didn’t use gloves nor give me what I needed- a root canal. Instead decided to call me a “damsel in distress”. My fear of dentist has only intensified now.

Im here to tell y'all don't never go to Dental care at Flint Crossing they supposed to pulled my tooth today all they did was chipped my tooth and told me they couldn't pull it after then gave me some Tylenol 3 which I told them they don't work.. that man name Raymond Bolt is racist and very unprofessional and he talk to his workers and his customers very bad..now I'm stuck with worse pain than I was in..please do not go

This doctor did not even use a tool or lights to check my tooth that was hurting. He was very quick and very rude. I was already anxious about being there and he did not make it the slightest bit better. His comments were very unprofessional. In fact, the entire visit was unprofessional. I had to call another dentist to have my problem fixed. Go elsewhere.

I've hurd alot of bad things about this dentist but I really hate to say this i was in Excruciating pain from a back tooth that was broke underneath the gum and I was in tears. I've done and used everything you could think of doing and using to get the pain to stop but nothing did so I went one Saturday morning after I called them no answer but they didn't Hesitate to call me back to tell me to go ahead and come in I did and I kid you not Dr Charles Elijah took really great care 9f me ok they seen the pain i was in and he took my x-rays and said it didn't look to bad as for an infection the numbed me and took it right out I had a very amazing visit and I will definitely go back. I really do thank them with every ounce of my heat so yes thank you

The doctor makes you super uncomfortable. And i will never attend this place again. He literally kept saying “your going to be a good patient” “see she is a good patient” but it was just creepy. And i felt like everything he did was with sarcasm.

Ty took care of me this morning, she was so patient and gentle with me. She did an OUTSTANDING job on my teeth, she really cares about the work she does.
Dr Bolt, spoke with me as well before we started, he was very welcoming and made some jokes to ease my nerves, but also took the time to explain to me the future care I needed for my teeth.
Highly recommend ☺️
