Bent Creek Dental

Bent Creek Dental was by far one of the best Dental office that I’ve ever been to. They treated me so nicely, and gave me exactly what I came in for instead of trying to persuade me into getting a whole lot of work that I couldn’t afford at this time. Not to mention that they’re so clean and take extra precautionary safety measures to protect everyone, and they took my Health insurance. Thank you for your services, I was in a lot of pain. You’re the best!!!

AMAZING! I loved my time at Bent Creek Dental. I get very anxious about going to the dentist and they made me feel at ease and right at home. Taylor S. was my hygienist and she was great! She was very thorough and took the time to educate me about what she was doing and why it was important. I appreciated that so much! Dr. Mathis was kind, personable, and so efficient. The front office staff was lovely and so joyful. It is a very clean facility without feeling too sterile. I am so thankful for this delightful office and will be recommending them to everyone!

My first experience at Bent Creek Dental was great! The front desk staff was so friendly. The person who did my cleaning, Tammie, was personable, friendly, and helpful. I felt like I really got to know her and I just met her! Dr. Mathis was friendly and gentle in my mouth. The office is SO clean! I am excited about being a regular patient.

I had my first appointment with Bent Creek Dental and Dr. Mathis today and in all honesty, it was the best dental appointment I’ve ever had. The staff is wonderful, friendly and kind, and Dr. Mathis was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and came up with a wonderful plan of action. If you’re afraid of the dentist/dental appointments try Bent Creek Dental! They know what they’re doing and they’re doing it very well! Also, I want to give a shout out to Shelby who was absolutely wonderful with me. She explained everything she was doing, helped me understand what work needs to be done, and walked me through the work I need done. Kindness, understanding, and compassion go a long with patient whose a ball of anxiety and nerves.

I took my son here today. It was his first time ever going to the dentist. He was very nervous and scared because he has heard of all the work I've had to get done in the past. They were SO sweet to him and made him feel so comfortable and confident. He complimented how comfortable the waiting room was. He was laughing at the silly sunglasses they let him wear during the cleaning. He was amazed at the TV on the ceiling when he was laid back in the chair. They gave him a little goodie bag with a toothbrush and dental care goodies. As we were leaving They offered him to pick out a toy from their "treasure chest"! When we left he was ALL smiles. The staff is very sincere and professional. I came back later in the day to get checked and my current dentist had missed that i needed two fillings. I am SO happy we have switched over to them. Best decision! Definitely recommend!!

We always look forward to visiting Bent Creek Dental. The staff is always so warm and welcoming. Our whole family goes for their teeth care, even our little one. They have made going to the Dentist so easy going for us all. We appreciate them for ALL they do to keep our teeth healthy!

My experience at Bent Creek Dental; was very enjoyable. The staff was refreshing,and friendly. Gave the best one on one service. Everything was explained in layman terms. Dr Josh Mathis and staff made my first-time experience memorable. No pain!!

I usually get a little anxiety starting at a new dentist, however Bent Creek Dental alleviated all of it. They were extremely thorough, gentle and effective when it came to just a simple cleaning. I never get a cleaning without the hygienist jabbing my gums a million times, so this was a pleasant surprise. They also went the extra mile to ensure they got my teeth as possible. Will definitely be my new permanent dentist.

I was referred to Dr. Mathis and his staff at Bent Creek by a close family friend, and needless to say, I am so glad I was! Everyone here is super friendly and Dr. Mathis has the best bedside manners. I had to have a tooth extraction and he made it painless. I was in and out in less than an hour. I tried another dentist the day after Thanksgiving because I was in so much pain, BUT NEVER AGAIN! I have more dental work to finish up, and I definitely will be using Bent Creek for all my future dental needs!
