Dental Care at Flint's Crossing

Been going for 20 yrs . I love Flint Crossing Dentist staff Dr. H and Tye are professional, funny , awesome and a blessing to have in my mouth 👏🏾.

The doctor was very rude to us and his staff. I wouldn't refer anyone to this dental office.

This place is an absolute joke. Google says it's open today(sunday) from 10-12. Well that's a lie. The door is locked and no one is answering the phone. Never again

Dr. Bolt has been my dentist for the past 6 years. At each visit I am professionally attended. Usually it is routine cleaning. I am a stickler for hygienist who are gentle and actually get my teeth clean. The hygienist there have exceeded my expectations. They are on time, fast and efficient. And they are actually happy to see you. Dr. Bolt is the same way, he follows up and checks my teeth always leaving time to discuss with me any issues I may have.

I have needed 2 procedures that required Dr. Bolt to do. He was PAINLESS!! Wow was I impressed. He was calm and assuring as well. Always glad to discuss any tooth issues I had.

I feel I am in very good hands under his car with my teeth.

Drove my best friend and her son to this dentist. This was an emergency appointment her son's temporary crown had come off and had to be put back on. His dentist was not open and it was a holiday weekend so there was no after hours number. My friend asked to go back so she could speak to the dentist. They said that they only allow the patient in the back. She said that's fine but "I'd like to talk to the dentist before he does anything." The hygienist said sure she'd let the dentist know. The dentist was notified but disregarded this request. He recemented the crowns and never spoke to her until she told the receptionist that she needed to see him now and that she was pissed he had ignored her.
I have said all of that to get to this: This man told her to let him be the doctor and stay out of the loop. He told her that it didn't matter what she wanted. Her son is not 18 and she is still paying for all of his medical care.
If you are going to be trusted with a person's child you should really be thinking of how you would want to be treated if it was your child. This man has no sympathy for anything and only cares for his own pockets.

Unlike any other dentist office I’ve ever visited, they are flexible and available when ever I need them. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

worst dentist ever. Came in with a tooth ache and they tell me its infected. Gave me some antibiotics for it and sent me on my way with a referral to an oral surgeon to have it extracted but wouldnt be able to see them for 4 weeks. That is too long for a tooth ache and infected tooth. Dont call yourself a dentist if you cant pull teeth or your just too lazy. I went to another dentist the same day and they pulled it no problem. This place is a joke. Also dont return phone calls and they cant seem to keep dentist here, always someone new who doesnt care just wants you to get out as quick as possible.

Where to start. Dr. Bolt was rude and didnt explain anything that was going on inside my daughters mouth. (She had a cavity). I (the mother) went in alone and my husband had to stay in the waiting room. Dr Bolt looked in my childs mouth for about 1 second. Didnt even get close to see! He had no tools to look, no light nothing. He said "ok she has an abscess I want to do a root canal but you have to wait two weeks bc I dont have the right medicine". The. He proceeded to tell me that it is completely up to him IF I am even allowed in the room when my daughter were to get said root canal. Umm... excuse me? I wanted my husband with me then and he went from trying to intimidate me to being more polite. My daughter said she felt extremely uncomfortable with him. Went to get a second opinion and she didnt even have an abscess! Was fixed in 15 minutes. Insane. This guy is a quack.

They reported a bill to a collection agency without even telling me I owed the bill. They were still calling me for appointments I went in several times for cleanings, and nothing was ever said about a bill. Only when I asked about the letter I received did they even notice it on my account then had the nerve to ask for payment. A week later I was getting calls from collection and it had been negatively reported on my credit. Dr. Bolt is great but administrative department needs major improvements will not be referring anyone else or going back.

The staff and Dr. were incredible. I walked in on Saturday morning without an appointment. They didn't know me & I didn't know them, being from out of town. But they took care of me. My temporary crown came off the night before and they fit me in and put the temp crown back on.
